“I had a very disappointing and alarming experience at Ruth Catering. I found a cockroach in the mutton biryani, and the meat had an unpleasant smell, I think that meat is not fresh one. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and dismissive, with a bossy attitude. This level of unhygienic food handling is unacceptable, and I will be reporting the issue to the Public Health Department and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. This establishment should not be allowed to operate under such conditions.” Don’t play with others health.

FOUND GLASS IN MY FOOD! SELLING OLD SPOILT FOOD. There has been multiple instances where our family has brought food from this location and it has always been rotten! They have given us old spoiled food before. Nothing is fresh and the mutton roll had no mutton and old potatoes curry. One instance our family member got dosa set and it was also spoiled, caused her to feel sick and throat was starting to close in from the reaction to old food. Every single time we have called it out the owners take no responsibility to better themselves they just say sorry without making any change. After checking the reviews it seems we are not the only one who has experienced this as others have found bugs in their food. This is a cheap way to make money and it’s hurting the very people who are supporting the business. Our family will no longer be giving this place our business and we will take it to another store that does honest business, values their customers and provides fresh food. I suggest everyone to do the same.

Bought kool and found a Rubber band. Bought a lamp rice found a steel wool inside the cutlet. Called the owner to complain she didn't say sorry , so neglected. Will not recommend to any friends and families

Worst Customer service ever seen in my life. The old guy showed finger to a customer to go out from the restaurant. He is very rude and don't know how to talk with the customer. He don't have patience at all. I visited this restaurant on my friend reference. But had a very bad experience. Never go back again. Best of luck to the owner. He is loosing many of like this because of that old employee.
