We had a delightful meal. From the welcome at the door, the service was fabulous. Each course was excellent. We had the Caesar salad (uniquely presented), calamari and two mains; rack of lamb and gnocchi. Half the gnocchi and chicken came home with me! Saved a little room for dessert - cheesecake and crême brûlée.

i really enjoyed my dining experience at rush hour. the staff was so attentive and polite, this was genuinely the best service i’ve ever received at any restaurant. i wish i asked for the names of the man and woman working so i could give them credit, but they were so lovely. the atmosphere is excellent too, a smaller restaurant with elegant decor and a healthy, clean menu. i ordered the tuna steak which was absolutely amazing and my partner ordered the mushroom risotto which he wouldn’t stop raving about to me. i highly recommend this place!

We’ve lived in the area for a few years and always noticed how busy it was and the good reviews. We finally had a chance to go and it did not disappoint. Very warm welcome upon arriving, prompt and attentive service, and the food was fantastic. I had the lamb, wife had the cod, shared the grilled calamari. The combo of the great food and service makes we wish we’d gone earlier, price points were good too. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

Such an amazing restaurant - I'm from Spain and it's so difficult to have a great plate of fish in Toronto without asking for a mortgage. But in Rush Hour you can have that, and good Portuguese wine, topped with a delicious dessert - all for an unbeatable price. And besides that, the people there are so nice, making you feel at home. Looking forward to go back!

There’s a reason this restaurant has been here for 15 years. The service is above and beyond here. They treat you so well and genuinely want you to have the best experience. As soon as we sat down they gave us a 1oz glass of sparkling wine, which was so unexpected. To start we had the mussels, honestly I haven’t had better mussels in my life. For the mains we had the whole sea bass and the special that night, which was the lamb shank. The lamb actually came with 2 shanks! The food was so so good. I highly recommend this place as the food and service is top tier. 100% I will be back!

Excellent staff and interesting menu. Clean and spacious insides and good outdoor patio. LAMB is a must try, fish was not the greatest, but was interesting to see. Great presentation, dessert is a pass.

Never been disappointed at this restaurant. The service is impeccable. Other restaurants should take note! I believe the owner’s name is Fernando. He takes pride in providing the best service. You can truly see this is his passion. He also does private parties. Great space to entertain an event or just have an great meal. 5/5!
