Large portions, meat was fresh off the grill instead of sitting in a bowl, it was very tender and fresh. Taking 1 star off due to the service, the cashier guy seemed to be zoned out, he didn’t give me my food when I paid and was just staring into the void, had to ask.

The food was delicious and portion sizes were very generous. The ladies behind the counter are so friendly. We got a chicken shawarma plate and mixed platters. Totally recommend this place, worth the price. We liked the chicken shawarma a little better than the mixed shawarma.

Terrible experience. The guy with "Fadi tattoo" has a horrible attitude. He starts by asking you " What do you want" , then when we ordered chicken fajita sandwich, he continues with his bad attitude and out of nowhere goes " NO FRIES COME WITH SANDWICH OK " with an angry face and horrible body language, like what's wrong with you? Nobody asked you for fries. Who do you think you are to speak to people like that? He doesn't even know the basics of customer service. It turned out to be chicken soup not sandwich, you can't even hold it and doesn't taste good at all. Ruby style was okay but the bun should be changed. Meat shawarma is not shawarma , less than average. Overall very bad experience, never coming back.

Alex's father, in particular, stands out for his authentic friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. As for the food itself, it was nothing short of spectacular. We ordered two trays—one chicken, one beef—accompanied by sides of coleslaw and potatoes. Each dish was expertly prepared, with flavors that delighted the entire family. Easily one of the best spots for Shawarma in the Scarborough. The lady serving was very friendly, stacked it HIGH, and even let me try both the coleslaw and garden salad. They made me feel like I was taken care of which I appreciated. I will definitely be returning and recommend.
