Wish had taken a photo before starting to dig in. My lunch box was full w 3 palm size pieces of boneless spicy, tasty full flavoured jerk chicken breast. Sauce was great. Plenty of seats in food court as well.

I usually come here all the time and it’s amazing. Food always slaps. I order from here a lot, but today Dec 23 2024, at lunchtime, I ordered well in advance, I got to the store for pickup and it wasn’t even busy, they didn’t have my order ready even though I received an email saying it was ready, they scraped the last rice out of the bin into my dish then changed it to new rice, the lady threw my box down and didn’t even give me a bag, napkins, or carry out utensils which is usually normal protocol. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth no matter how good the food is, the customer service was impeccable and it took a bad turn, and definitely not due to it being busy or Christmas szn, I told the lady working at the front this is not how Roy Woods Usually conducts themselves and she didn’t even care. Used to love this place… owner will respond but doesn’t do anything to rectify or make it right by client… very poor customer service.

Extremely delicious jerk chicken and perhaps the most flavorful rice I’ve had, period. For me it was just the perfect level of heat and the flavour balance nicely. The chicken and the rice don’t overpower each other. Definitely a great spot for a quick bite to eat!

Was passing through Union and wanted to grab a quick sandwich. Not too impressed. Ordered the fried chicken but was told it would be 10 minutes and was offered the bbq chicken instead. Sandwich was a mess, all over the wrapping. Impossible to eat it as a sandwich. Chicken had pieces of cartilage in it. Maybe it is supposed to be like that? If so, not my style of food. I also had a side of coleslaw. It was decent. Cashier was a bit surly. Will not be back.

Line moves fast during lunch hour. Jerk chicken is legit, a bit too spicy for me but good portion. Rice is moist with the jerk chicken sauce. Wish the coleslaw was bigger portion.

We got their large oxtail with coleslaw. The oxtail was tender, flavourful and juicy. A little bit too salty though.

One of the better places in the Union to grab something to eat. Portions are large, food is great, and there are different choices to satisfy your appetite!!! Staff was very pleasant and willing to answer questions! I had the oxtail and their coleslaw is very yummy!!!

A easy come , easy pick , easy go. This place gets busier during lunch. No frills and fuss. Typical jamaican fare . Small portion is bit small while the large is too large. A medium size portion serving is needed. Jerk Chicken was just the regular taste but fresh and Curry goat was just alright. Overall a good option for a food court takeout
