Royaltea (Mississauga)

Came here Sat around 5pm, not busy at all and got the original milk tea and coffee milk tea with large add-on of popcorn chicken and fries. The popcorn and fries were good and we would come back again to try the other chicken menu items. The price of the teas are great compared to other bubble tea chains but I asked for less ice and got at least half cup of ice. I also didn't realize the teas came with tapioca pearls without extra cost - wouldn't have minded though if they were fresh and soft, but they were hard to chew 😐. Tough tapioca pearls just ruins any bubble tea.

I recently visited Royaltea and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Sophia, who was incredibly welcoming. She offered me a sample of their popcorn chicken, and I have to say—it was the best I’ve ever had! I enjoyed it so much that I returned over the next two weeks to try more of their popcorn chicken, fries, and bubble tea. Everything was delicious, and the service was fantastic. Thank you, Sophia, for creating such a great experience. The location is excellent, and I’d love to see chicken wings added to the menu in the future. Keep up the amazing work!

Probably my single favorite restaurant in the GTA. The food is always great, especially the Yang Neum and Supreme Red wings. On top of that, the owner is one of the kindest people I've interacted with. She's so cheerful and genuinely cares to talk about customers' day-to-day. Top notch wing spot!

We ordered the Brûlée Bobo and the Matcha Milk Tea, both were totally awesome! The service was very good as well, we had tons of questions and the person helping us was so patient and kind in answering our questions. I usually get 30% sweetness and was worried the drinks would be too sweet (since you cannot adjust the sweetness for the drinks we got), but they were perfect! Will definitely come again.

I’ve visited this spot a couple of times, and I’ve always managed to find seating. It’s a small place with just a few chairs and tables, and unfortunately, there’s no washroom, which is the only downside. This time, I tried the Mango Chunk Slush with brown sugar tapioca, and it was refreshing and delicious! Shoutout to Mia, our cashier and server, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She recommended adding mousse to the slush, and wow, what a game-changer! The drink was cold and slushy at the top, while the warmth from the brown sugar tapioca settled at the bottom—such a unique experience. Parking right in front is very limited, with space for only 1-2 cars. However, we found a large parking lot at the school next door, so I recommend looking for it and taking advantage of the extra space. It’s just a short walk of a minute to Royaltea. Mia also went above and beyond by helping us pack our leftovers as we were leaving, even though we didn’t ask. Her attentiveness and genuine care for the customers really stood out. When we had fried chicken, she kindly let us use the hand-washing station (it can get messy!) and even handed us paper towels to ensure we were cleaned up. As for the fried chicken, my favorite is the Supreme Red—it’s a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and sour. Mia has great suggestions too, offering advice based on your preferences. If you’re with a large group, I’d recommend planning for takeout, as prep time is about 15-20 minutes. You can also call ahead to make sure your order is fresh and hot.

I was greeted instantly at the door by all 3 workers. I believe one of them was the manager training their worker as a cashier. She and the others were very nice, I had questions and she had basically given me the rundown on their menu items. She knew I liked bubble tea so the experience was very easy. I had asked about the RoyalTea meal. Basically popcorn chicken and what looked to be Costco quality fries. If you know Costco fries you know how crispy and delicious they are! The popcorn chicken is insanely crunchy. The manager was kind enough to let me experience one of the sauces for free to try out because I had asked about the menu. I had gotten the Supreme red, nice and sweet but with a chilli taste to it, definitely builds up as you eat. My buddy enjoyed the sauce and went in and grabbed a few more difference sauces. I tried the Wasabi Mayo, actually very good. Same wasabi taste with a hint of sweet mayo goodness. Would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed this bubble tea spot! The drinks are pretty good and I would recommend the Brown Sugar Oolong Milk Tea. The tea doesn’t overpower the brown sugar flavour and instead they work well together. The chicken is pretty good and I would recommend the Sweet Cheese flavour. If you’re getting the chicken, I would recommend getting boneless since they had more flavour than the bone-in ones. The rice cake is good, would’ve been better if I got toppings. The bear cup is absolutely adorable and you can take it home to put your own drinks in there.

We had an amazing experience at Royaltea in Mississauga! The staff was friendly, the service was great, and they have a wide variety of delicious bubble teas. Their halal Korean-fried chicken was fantastic, crispy and coated in flavorful sauce. The manager/owner was kind and corrected our order mistake without any hassle. The sweet corn fries were tasty but a bit pricey. The boba was great and served in cute glass bear bottles. Although seating was limited, I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend Royaltea in Mississauga!
