Royal Pho

Always an issue every time I go there and I’ve only been there 3 times, they’re extremely rude and can never get orders right. They only accept debit or cash, the tap on the debit machine never works either. Pho dau bo is 10x better than royal pho. DO NOT EAT HERE

The biggest issue while ordering over the phone was the language barrier. Unfortunately my requests have not been noted. Strangely on the way to pick up my order they called me 4 times. Like what's up with that I am driving on the way there. No cilantro, chop sticks, spoons or forks was included with the order. They cut their fresh rolls and spring rolls in half to make it look like a larger portion and upcharge. This leads the dish to fall apart while dipping. Next time going to spend a bit more time and go to Pho Due Bo. Cash or debit are the only payment options.

This is one of those places that doesn't feel corporate. It feels "cozy". It's popularity means you're surrounded by hustle and bustle and I love it. The food is fantastic. The service was excellent. Our waitress was obviously under a lot of pressure but she was friendly and efficient. It's everything that Ancaster lacks and I look for in a place to unwind and have some good food. You don't feel like you're sitting in an auditorium or a place that overwhelms you. It's about the food and your enjoyment of it. Definitely going back and highly recommend. If you're in a rush go to McDonald's.

I was away from Toronto and in Ancaster for work. This was the closest pho I could find to Ancaster. It took me 9 minutes to drive there and I am so glad i did!! Talking all day left me with a scratchy throat so I wanted something soupy so decided to give this place a try. I stead of pho, I ordered the Bun bo hue and man it was amazing. AMAZING! You only get one size option Medium) to which I only finished half because it was huge. It was super authentic, (was not expecting this and was a bit worried) , it was just the right amount of spice and loaded with meat. 😍 TAKE ME BACKKKK!! There had many different food choices suitable for all palettes. The service was phenomenal. I had 3 people come by to ask me how I was enjoying the food and to my recollection, i have never had that in a vietnamese restaurant. When you sit down, ice water with a lemon wedge it brought to your table immediately. I HIGHLY recommend. Btw, this restaurant only accepts cash or debit and there is plenty of parking available.

Got the pork combo vermicelli bowl...VERY delicious with a perfect char. Also, mango milkshake and shrimp fresh rolls. Everything came out lightning fast and service was extremely friendly and attentive. Love this place!

Pad Thai was great. The sauce was perfect, especially mixed with peanuts. I highly recommended. Only one waitress served and cleaned all tables. It's too busy for her.

I’ve been coming here for the last year and every time I come, it never disappoints. The portions are perfect, not very expensive, and I’ve never had a bowl of pho I didn’t enjoy. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming and the service is quick too! Their menu also has a large selection of other dishes too!

Amazing friendly service, super fast to receive your order, consistently excellent quality. Each dish is very large servings. We usually always have a serving each of leftovers. Sometimes we order extra just to have even more lots of leftovers. Very clean inside. Always cleaning tables. We are repeat customers for both dine in and take out. Pretty sure we got delivery as well in the past.
