Royal Garden Mississauga

I have been looking for a good Thai joint in Mississauga ever since Jing Thai closed in Streetsville. I got a takeout from Royal Garden today and it is the most disgusting thai green curry I ever ate. They just put green colour in a disgusting thick paste like curry. There was so much colour that the chicken itself was coated green. It was impossible to distinguish chicken from vegetables. The curry had no flavour and it was in this horrible paste format. It appears The cook just opened a can, threw some chicken and veggies in it along with green colour. I don’t know how the rest of their food is but for Thai food, stay away from this terrible place.

Always drove by this place and decided to give it a try for lunch and I’m super impressed! I dined in and had their lunch special - Manchurian chicken dry w/ steamed rice and hot & sour soup. The soup was good and hot no complaints. The Manchurian chicken was piping hot!! It was nice and crispy and packed with flavour. Loved all the onions chilis ginger and garlic that was chopped up with it. It was absolutely delicious and I’d highly recommend - I’ll be sure to swing by soon and try out some other dishes 🙏🏽

EXCELLENT food and great service. They have an awesome lunch menu that comes with a soup, a couple spring rolls and about a couple dozen main dishes. Service was very friendly and efficient and the restaurant was clean. Highly recommend this place.

This is a relatively new branch of the restaurant. Original restaurant being in Milton. We always enjoy the food from here. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They always make an effort to meet the customer expectations. It has good seating capacity and the facilities are well maintained.

This place is a little disorganised. We got there for 11:30 and the Open sign was off and the doors were closed. So we drove off and went back 15 minutes later. Still the Open sign was off so we waited in the car for our family members to turn up. They asked if we were inside and we said nope it's closed. So they called them up and lo and behold they were open! They just hadn't turned the sign on. Once inside the table and seats were dirty. So we used tissues and started cleaning them. One employee noticed and looked puzzled. Once she cottoned on she cleaned the seats for us. We ordered vegetable corn soup, hot and sour soup, vegetable sweet and sour Manchurian chicken with noodles, sweet and sour Manchurian fish with rice and Manchurian paneer extra spicy with rice. On a positive note the service was quick and the food was absolutely delicious. Freshly cooked and the portions were huge. We enjoyed every mouthful. I would highly recommend to ignore the surroundings the give this place a go.

Hakka Garden is a must-visit Hakka restaurant in the city. I had an excellent experience dining at this restaurant, and it deserves all the five stars that I gave it. To start, the customer service at Hakka Garden is outstanding, and the staff go out of their way to make sure that their customers are comfortable and well taken care of. They are knowledgeable about the menu and happy to make suggestions. I'd also like to point out that the prices are reasonable, which gives customers value for money. As an avid foodie, I have to say that the highlight of my visit was the manchurian chicken and hot garlic chicken with noodles. The flavors were out of this world, and the portion sizes were generous. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. The noodles were cooked al dente and had a great texture. Overall, I would highly recommend Hakka Garden to anyone looking for great Hakka food. It's a gem of a restaurant that should not be missed!

Average food. Chicken Manchurian doesn't taste like one. I've had much better but the taste wasn't there at all. Veg Choupsey is terrible too and I've posted a pic of that. That's not how it's made. If you are northy street food Indian person, please don't come here. It was our first and last time here Rest Veg Hakka noodles were decent, very Manchurian was good and so was Manchurian egg fried rice.

Good Very large portions for the price Decent seating facility Clean place Bad Flavours weren't there. Food was bland. Verdict It's an Okay place for quick and inexpensive lunch, but it's definitely NOT the Chinese food spot that you go to when you are looking for an authentic experience
