The food here is absolutely amazing! Everything we tried was rich and flavorful. The thali was fantastic, and the dosa was perfectly made. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive staff made the experience even better. It’s so great to have such a wonderful vegetarian dining option in Niagara Falls. We’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend!

Exceptionally Rude and Arrogant behaviour of the female staff. I ordered an idly sambhar , the server got me “idly” saying that’s what I ordered as I said idly sambhar and not “sambhar idly” as per their menu. The only solution to it she provided was to order extra sambhar which was around 3$. At first I ordered one to move on , later to realize the sambhar quantity was too low and I would have to order again with no fault of mine. I addressed the issue to server, she kept on blaming me for ordering wrong and denied to change my order on request. She refused to involve manager or anyone of authority. One of the employee stepped in and said to take away the extra sambhar ( I did have 1/3 of it) and not bill for it as at this point I didn’t want to pay for it. At the end , she charged me for “sambhar idly” but I was served only “idly” and gave an option to either pay for that or “idly” and extra sambhar which was taken away. The whole experience was so exhausting for a dollar but it isn’t about a dollar.

Beware of this place , worst food and worst service, we ordered dosa and paneer parathas , in the name of sambar they serve only water and frozen food have more taste than this. Staff behave like that they are doing some charity on customer by serving. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. Avoid this place

Food was not even close to authentic. Dosa layer was really soggy. We ordered Maysor masala dosa it didn't had any masala or tatse just mashed potatoes with turmeric. Sambhar was just regular dal chawal's dal.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant which I was unaware of and loved each item. Ravi was very kind and humble to take our orders and provide us excellent service. You can find free parking behind the restaurant. Fo not park in front of big bee.
