Roses Kebab Land Express (Take Out)

We got the catering and dinner service from Kebab Land Take out for new year party, everything including food quality and service was great excellent. Fatima is a great host. 100% recommended.

I hosted our staff Christmas party at Kababland last night, and it was a fantastic experience! The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The music and entertainment added so much energy to the evening, creating a lively and fun atmosphere. Thank you to the Kababland team for making our event so memorable. Highly recommend for any gathering or celebration!

I used to love this restaurant, but after returning for the first time in two years, I was beyond disappointed. The quality has gone completely downhill. I ordered the lamb shank, which was one of my favorites before, and it was almost inedible. It tasted like it had been defrosted from frozen food and lacked any freshness whatsoever. The texture was off, the flavor was bland, and it left me feeling uneasy—so much so that I’m certain it gave me mild food poisoning.

“I had an amazing dining experience at Roses kebabland .The lamb kebab was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Paired with the perfectly seasoned rice, it made for an incredibly satisfying meal. The portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was on point. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was friendly specially the articulate ,professional manager who was attentive throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back for more ,to tell you the truth I have turned into one of their regulars .Finally,I Highly recommend this place if you’re craving a delicious, hearty meal.”

Absolutely poor quality food. cold Even the cook did not have time to cook the kebab well. It was not cooked. Characteristic and firm meat. And the incorrect answer of the responsible of Kebab Land regarding our dissatisfaction that our previous customer was satisfied. Judging by this photo, we ordered 36 kebab skewers, 30 kebab skewers were not cooked.

This used to be a very nice place where you could get delicious, good quality food with a nice presentation and service. Went back today and utterly disappointed! We had baghali polo with lamb shank and rice was undercooked. We also had Barg Kabob which is stated and sold as filet mignon but it was basically flank and chewy! If they are turning to a take out place, well, they can just close the seating area all together. Seems like since they become famous and acquired a bigger place next door, the quality went south! Not going back again!
