Rose's Caribbean Kitchen

This is our third time going to Rose's kitchen and we love the food. Tonight we had my stepdaughter who is Autistic and has a very limited palate to try jerk chicken and rice and peas with gravy on the side. We lemme tell you, she at the chicken first and really enjoyed it so yay! Then she tried the rice and peas and as she was trying it I said mix some oxtail gravy with it and it will be out of this world. We'll lemme tell you, she said no one else gets any more rice and peas with gravy. Momma Rose you guys do it right.

Great food and customer service, it’s easy to try something new every time I go because they season there food! Oxtail is 8.5/10 and the jerk is a solid 8/10. Update: I don’t know what’s going on here anymore. I ordered the liver and Ackee combo with cooked food(dumpling, boil banana and yam. They buried boil banana under both portions of Ackee and the liver to make it look like more when the portion was tiny…very disappointed. I know times are tough but these deceptive tactics just diminish the integrity of their business. I like the food but I don’t trust them anymore. Sad!

Came in a few mins before closing but they didn’t hesitate with making my order (oxtail, rice peas coleslaw + jerk chicken) which I appreciate. Food was god but I’m sure it would be even better once freshly made. Very clean inside and very nice lady in front who took my order. She also willingly gave me an extra coleslaw. Would love to give another try in the near future!

This review is better late than never. My family and I were in search of some good Caribbean food to eat while staying in the area of Pearson Airport this summer. After a Google map search and some intense scrolling through pictures and menus, we decided on Rose's Caribbean Kitchen. It is located in a nice Plaza on Hurontario St. We ordered several items on the menu including the shrimp roti, chicken roti, festival and shrimp, soups, and fish. We came hungry and left pleasantly satisfied. Although, the dining area is small, we made ourselves at home and enjoyed our meal. Beyond the food being great, which was prepared by Chef G we were told, we were pleased with the service we received from Amaliah and Jasmine. They were professional and kind spirited. We would recommend 👌 to anyone looking for something good to eat in the Brampton area. Until next time, stay awesome Rose's Caribbean Kitchen Team!

This place I just found out of the bkue when i really needed Vegetarian potatoe and channa roti. The food was steaming hot and very tasty and I got extra pepper sauce which i could have used more. We did have to wait a good 20 minutes for our food but it was very fresh and came out steaming hot. Definitely will be back to try something else when I'm back in that area. I have had better in the east end of Toronto but not to say this is Def worth a try when your near by! Good job

This is the number one Jamaican food place in the gta!! They really know what they are doing and I have never ever been disappointed!! Will always recommend this place!! I drive from Barrie to visit and see the great people here, They are always so pleasant and always willing to ensure you are treated right!!! Love them!!

Updated: The only place I eat for Caribbean food in Brampton. Nothing fancy,looks unassuming but food is good and people are really nice. 2022: Surprisingly good food and customer service compared to many nearby Caribbean places. The hospitable interaction and friendly service is very different when compared to the horribly rude,dismissive experiences many persons endure at Sunrise Restaurant nearby. The fried chicken is good and stew chicken is okay too. I have returned twice after initial visit just to make sure the food and service remained consistent.

The service is good. The quantity of food is also good but the sauce of jerk chicken was on sweeter side. I was expecting it to be spicy. Over all neat place rest I have not tried their other stuff.
