Rose Kebab Toronto

One of the most unprofessional restaurant I have come across so far. We visited donmills food court with kids, because it's usually less crowded and safe for kids to walk around freely in a safe and monitored environment. Until today we had really great experience visiting this food court. We had enjoyed food at simbas, chachu's, savoury samosas, etc. All that good vibe was ruined by Rose Kebab's unprofessional and unwelcoming behaviours today. One thing I noticed is that this restaurant is always empty during our visits (most likely no one seems to like their food as well). But regardless of how their food taste, I will never give them my business because of their unprofessional customer service. The owner of this restaurant is either racist (i have strong feeling) or doesn't appare to be kids friendly or both. While we were minding our own business she appeared out of no where and started complaining that kids should not be having fun in public food-court. If they scream or like to walk around then they should be visiting playground in -9 degrees celsius. According to her our kids were screaming and disturbing other guests (none of them brought anything from her. Look at the picture how empty the food court was). So we asked her if anyone has complaint to her or not. She couldn't answer and kept complaining how three kids between 2-5 years old ruined the entire public atmosphere of this food court. I would like to discourage everyone to visit this restaurant as they shouldn't be running their business in public with such attitude towards kids/customers.

this has to be the best chicken souvlaki in the city. me and my family are obsessed with this place and it’s one of our go-to spots when we’re in the mood for takeout. the food is hella fresh, the portions are very generous and you can feel the love in the meal. it’s got that home cooking vibe. highly recommend!!!

I had double koobideh for $18.99, which was quite tasty and better than other places I've had. The portion size was good with a lot of meat and too much rice, though that isn't uncommon for the dish. I waited a short while since the lady was on a call, but she was very kind and made the food in about 10min.

The owner lady is really good. Her gentle behavior adds flavour to the food. Tasted their lamb shanks if you like curry type food Definitely can go. Their chicken shawarma is also good.

The best Persian kebab I’ve ever had in Toronto! This place is a must! The portions are generous. Rose is a nice lady who cares about her customers! She also has delicious yogurt! The prices are really reasonable! Strongly recommend!

Rose kebab is such a treat! I love the chicken shawarma plate and the Greek fries, the portions are so generous and the food is delicious. The rice she serves is my absolute favourite. Everything is made fresh so it's hot and enjoyable to eat. Rose is a joy to chat with, and she is incredibly kind and you can tell she cares a lot about the food she prepares.
