I was at Rosario’s Restaurant for the grand opening, I was invited to attend by Roberto Quaresma. Who put on an amazing dance Performance following by lessons in Salsa and Bachata. The lessons were presented in a way to make it easy for new dancers to learn and master fairly advanced techniques. The Orchestra Jobaoh and the Mariachi Singer were amazing.

Went for a new year's eve party here and had a blast. The atmosphere was vibrant, food was delicious, and they had a live salsa band so we danced the night away. Looking forward to returning during the day and highly recommend checking the place out!

A friend and I were passing by Rosario's what used to be The 3030 and decided to go in for a drink. I now see that it was their Grand Opening. The staff were all dressed nicely, in what seemed to be traditional clothing, and there was a 10-piece band playing latin style music. Seemed interesting; however, the bar service was horrible. The bartender didn't seem to speak English well, so maybe there was some misunderstanding, as I had to repeat my order (a double shot with cola). She proceeded to pour me a double Smirnov vodka, and then presented me with the drink and the debit machine. I didn't event realize at the moment the cost, so I paid the bill, and asked for a receipt. Upon reading it, I then realized that she had charged me $24 for a double Smirnov vodka. I questioned the price, as they were also serving Grey Goose, and the bartender said the cost was the same for both. $12/shot for Smirnov is beyond exhorbitant, and in fact, might even be a little high for Grey Goose, in many places in the city. She said she would talk to the manager, and walked up to whom i think was actually Rosario. The bartender went about her business. A few minutes later, I looked at her asked "what did the manager say?". She walked over to the manager again, who came over, and admitted that they had made a mistake. I asked for the mistake to be fixed, and she just looked at me. "What would you like?", she said. I replied that "I just wanted to be charged correctly for my drink!". She asked how much I would like back and I simply said $10 is reasonable, which would equate to about $8/shot plus tip. I told her that "ripping people off" is not a good way to start a new venture and I would likely not return. She said nothing, walked away and proceeded to talk to another gentlemen, who I gather might be another owner. After a few minutes of nothing, my friend and I left. For the record, at $12/shot that's almost a 500% markup on Grey Goose, and 900% on Smirnov. Not acceptable for a neighbourhood establishment.
