The atmosphere and staff were cool and welcoming, making it a suitable choice if you’re looking for a pleasant vibe. However, the quality of the food and drinks did not meet my expectations, especially given the high menu prices. I ordered the Vegetable Biryani and Paneer Makhanwala, both of which were disappointingly bland. It seemed that more emphasis was placed on presentation than on taste. The mocktails were overly sweetened with syrup, and when we requested to return them, the staff declined, stating that they do not provide return service. I would advise against spending on drinks here.

Recently visited this restaurant with my family. I must say the ambiance is great, but the food is just the opposite. We ordered lamb chops and they were boiled to soften while it mentioned in the menu that it is made in clay oven. The menu is very steep and the quantity and quality of food literally sucks!! Not one person in my family ate anything and the bill was literallya rip off.!!

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Neeranjan at the restaurant, and I must say, the experience was fantastic. From the moment we sat down, Neeranjan was attentive and friendly, making sure we felt welcomed. He had a great knowledge of the menu and offered excellent recommendations that suited our tastes perfectly. Throughout the meal, Neeranjan checked in on us at just the right times, ensuring our drinks were full and that we were enjoying our food. His positive attitude and professionalism truly enhanced our dining experience. I would highly recommend requesting Neeranjan as your server if you visit this restaurant; he definitely made our night memorable!

Worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant, in my entire life. We asked if the sodas have free refills and were explicitly told yes - which is why we ordered refills about 4 times - were charged for 5 sodas and the server who told us that refills were free denied saying that when the manager asked. Called my brother a liar to his face, when everyone at the table heard the free refills. Some of us ended up paying $20 for the worst tasting, flat, coke/pepsi we’ve ever tasted. Moreover, we were served regular coke/pepsi instead of coke zero, without even being notified that they didnt have that. Multiple other serious concerns, for example, a hair in one of our dishes (noticed it half way in) and still the manager had the guts to dispute this with us, ex ordered two naans and got a basket with 3 half slices (leftovers from a different table???????) to which the server said no worries I’ll get you a fresh one on the house - was charged for it again. They gave us the first soda after asking for it at least 7 times to multiple different servers. We asked for food to come in all together - received one dish at a time every 10-15 minutes over 3 hours. I’ve never spent 3 hours at a restaurant just waiting around. We were a party of 10 and ordered multiple items (around $700 bill) and received our last main dish 3 hours after ordering, after everyone had finished their food. Many of us ordered the same dishes with inconsistencies between the same dishes. Had to flag down servers multiple times for random things (no cutlery????, no straws, no napkins, missing dishes, take away dishes that there was no space for etc) and even after expressing concerns they had no care in the world. Asked multiple times for water, never got our water refills. The server had no knowledge or info about the items on the menu - asked multiple questions which he could not answer. Asked about recommendations and just said ya its really good just order it. They also didnt punch in many of our dishes. There were so many people working and the restaurant wasnt even close to full - it was extremely concerning that they couldnt handle a small crowd. Most importantly, we were there during happy hour ordered most items off the happy hour menu, and were charged FULL price and not happy hour prices (around $6 difference on each dish). Had to go back to the restaurant to tell them, and the manager simply said ok we’ll etransfer you $40 (without even calculating what the difference is). When we told him it was actually closer to $85-90 as calculated by us, they said ok we’ll send you $80 (??????????). Tried to take the receipt away from us as well. Manager was extremely rude to the employees which was a huge turn off. The servers looked stressed and sad, barely wanted to interact with customers. Very cold communication from all of the staff. No apologies for the horrible service, no accountability, no offers to make our experience right. The food was good and we would have loved to come back to try the rest of the menu, but sadly the service is so not worth it. Beyond horrible, absolute garbage, dont waste your time here. Still waiting for the etransfer (but they could have easily just given us cash???????) !!!!!

Amazing ambience, great vibe and delicious food! Sherwin was our server and ensured that we had a wonderful experience. We ordered Malai Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Momos, Kadhai Paneer, Mushroom Do Pyaaza and breads and everything was delicious. We were there to celebrate a friend's birthday and indeed we enjoyed a lot.

My wife and I loved the vibe! We had an amazing evening spent on this rooftop bar!! The food was AMAZINGGG! Thank you so much Sam for suggesting us the best of the dishes!! We loved your service and all your recommendations were to the mark!! Suggested dishes: Pav bhaji fondue Kolkata special street style chowmein Karachi style kadhai paneer and for the desert, don’t forget Shahi tukda!
