Incredible! The service was terrible, we asked the waitress for a picture of me and my friends and her response was “I can’t right now” in a very disrespectful way when we were her only table!!!! She was cleaning the table on our noses when we were still finishing our meal. I’ve never had this kind of attitude on a diner. The most sad part is that we were actually having a nice time and while we understand the operating hours of the place, this experience ended up making our stay feel very much disappointing, specifically because we were commemorating the birthday of our friend. Anyways, we won’t be back unfortunately :( and we also won’t be recommending this place to anyone else.

I placed an order through uber eats. O ordered food with my office staff: one chicken sandwich, 12 chicken wings and cheesy garlic bread After 50 minutes, received a message from uber eats , my order was canceled. My coworker called the restaurant and asked why our order was canceled and was told, restaurant ran out of chicken wings and order was canceled. I also called the restaurant and asked why the order was cancelled and i was also told that they ran out of wings. I said it was only 4pm on a Monday and you just opened, how could you have run out of chicken wings and the fellow on the phone said in a very rude and condescending tone , "we are out of chicken wings" and hung up We are very upset 😡

Our favorite is their Mafiosa pizza. Fresh olives. We also tried their lasagna but it was 90% tomato sauce in my opinion. Good food overall.

Romi is one of our favourite eat in spots on Bloor. This time we ordered take out pizzas for 20 people at a family gathering. We ordered a variety of toppings on five pizzas with the help of staff to get lots of variety and enough slices to feed everyone. We picked up piping hot pizzas at the scheduled time. All the boxes were labeled with the contents. All the pizzas were delicious and received rave reviews from all the fam. Huge thank you to the staff and Romi.

Veal Parmigiano is out of this world delicious! Homemade tiramisu is also as amazing. I recommend this place with my whole heart! 🤍

Fantastic food with top notch service. My veal sandwich was very savoury & had a healthy portioned garden salad (Romi’s Salad). Generally very fair pricing for their menu but considering the area it’s a hot bargain for great food. I’d even rank it higher than Sempre & La Veranda in which I’ve been to both several times. You’re really getting great bang for your buck with patient service and a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely coming back in the very near future to try the pizza my brother had! Looked very savoury with it being not very doughy.

Really glad I found this place. Cozy restaurant with comfortable atmosphere. Service was amazing with food to match. Soup of the day was good and pastas we’re delicious. Very clean cooking, you don’t feel heavy and tired after , with good portions. Will be back to try the pizza and dessert
