Ristorante Sotto Sotto Oakville

I have had the pleasure of dining at Sotto Sotto, Oakville for the last few years on a regular basis. Fabio, and the staff at the Oakville location exhibit the art of perfection when it comes to customer service and the cuisine is a “chef’s kiss” every time. The menu offers a variety of authentic Italian dishes and never disappoints. Sotto Sotto Oakville has created a beautiful environment to enjoy delicious food and drinks, service and memories with my family. Thank you, to the staff and Fabio for making us feel like family. Looking forward to seeing you again and again!

Shout out to Anna our server provided an exceptional level of service. Was there for dinner two couples. Very cozy place. The food was great and the service was quick. Probably one of the best Italian food in Oakville and surrounding area. Will definitely go back.

We had such a lovely time with Shelagh as our server. She was such a delight and took great care of us, always made sure our glass was full! ;) We were celebrating a birthday and she truly fit into the atmosphere, immaculate vibes. Anna ended up finishing off the service and it was such a great transition, she was also fantastic. Can’t wait to come back!

I went here the other day with my girlfriend and all I can say was that the service and food was amazing. They made sure we were ok at all times, constantly asking if everything was to our liking. The food didn’t take too long to come and the atomsphere of the restaurant was very calm and soothing! Anybody that is just looking to have a great night overall should definitely consider this spot! 10/10

My wife and I arrived around 5:30 PM to celebrate our wedding anniversary on Sunday Oct 20 and were one of only two tables being served. Unfortunately, there were several issues with our service. The waiter initially forgot my meal and insisted that I had not ordered, despite my wife hearing my order clearly. After some delay, he returned with the menu to confirm my order, but I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for my meal. By that time, my wife’s pasta and garden salad had been sitting on the table for over 40 minutes. The waiter mentioned that a third course would be provided, which led me to expect either a complimentary dessert or a discount. However, nothing was offered. When the bill arrived, we were charged in full, including $9 for two sodas and a garden salad that lacked sufficient dressing. The total came to $155 for two pasta dishes, two sodas, 6 oz of wine, and a bottle of flat water, with no tap water offered. While I still chose to leave a tip, I was disappointed with the overall experience, especially given the lack of attention from management and the inexperience of our waiter. We also encountered a different waiter who completed our service, and overall, we felt we saw staff only a few times during our visit. Regrettably, we will not be returning, as this experience did not meet our expectations, especially in comparison to your Toronto location.

I recently had the pleasure of attending my sister's wedding party here, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, everything was perfect! The food was absolutely delicious, leaving all the guests raving about each dish. It was clear that every detail had been carefully considered, and the flavours were simply outstanding. The staff were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that the evening was memorable for the newlyweds and all the guests. Their professionalism and warmth made the night feel truly special, with personalized touches and impeccable service that stood out. The venue itself is stunning, and the atmosphere was perfect for such an important celebration. It’s clear that Sotto Sotto is not only a great place for a meal, but also an excellent venue for hosting events. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality dining experience or a place to celebrate a special occasion!

Last Saturday we visited the restaurant for our friend’s wedding. I have to say that it was the best restaurant experience I had for a long time. The food was amazing, the service was excellent and Fabio (owner) was a great host. I loved every minute spent in the restaurant. I highly recommend Sotto Sotto for an event or just a dinner with your family. We will definitely be back soon:)

I went to the iconic Soto Soto but the Oakville location which serves pizza. Pizza was good in my opinion. Could have been a lot better. The staff were actually incredible. Very friendly. Very outgoing. Would like to go by and have dinner one day to boost up to a complete five-star
