Risposta Bistro offers authentic Italian Food with a Mediterranean flavour prepared in the old fashioned way, as has been done in our hometown in Italy since the late 1800s. We are here to please our customers and will prepare such meals as succulent veal chops, veal scaloppini, steak, seafood, grilled eggplant with mushrooms, red peppers and zucchini. Our menu features delicious veal cutlets, Italian homemade sausage, meatballs, chicken, assorted pasta dishes, pizza, panzeratto and calzones. Of course, we also serve fine Italian speciality breads baked in house. At the end of your meal you can enjoy delicious Italian pastries such as Sicilian cannoli, accompanied by a good espresso or cappuccino. Come join us! Food is our Religion!

Disclaimer- we are food snobs. Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant didn’t live up to our expectations. The washrooms weren’t clean, there was an unpleasant smell that affected the overall atmosphere. While the restaurant seems to aspire to a high-end feel, it didn’t quite succeed in execution. The food was not to our taste, as most of the dishes tasted sweet. The plating was fine but it seemed that they overdid the visuals and the taste was left behind. The service felt a bit unwelcoming, even though the restaurant was nearly empty during our visit. We visited in November for an early dinner with drinks and dessert, but the high prices and overall experience left us disappointed. It wasn’t the right fit for us, and we won’t return.

I’m sorry but the food was terrible. From the bottom of my heart I’m only writing this because I hope the management sees this and changes the menu. The atmosphere was lovely though! Really pretty. We enjoyed ourselves regardless but had a good laugh at the food. I think they may have sold the business? Unsure how anyone could rate this highly. Don’t get the calamari, it’s not what you think. And the pasta was extremely over cooked. Like waterlogged. Oh well. We didn’t send anything back because you can tell this is how they intended the dishes to be .

I went for a business meeting lunch. What a great experience. High-quality food made with care. Great service and very accommodating. Tenderloin was cooked perfectly. The steak sandwich (minus the bun at our request) was very flavorful and tender. The calamari appetizer was delicious, I highly recommend getting it. Edit: Went back a few days later to have dinner. It was amazing! Such care and detail provided for our dining experience. We'll definitely be back!

The patio is to die for. Qaint (not little) place in a very quiet town. The service was great and recommendations too. I personally didnt like the pizza but the wine and pasta were awesome!! Definitely going back

Had dinner with a group of 10 to celebrate a birthday. The service was amazing and the food was incredible. The atmosphere is really unique. My dish was so good that I can’t wait to go back and try something else on the menu. Highly recommended.

Risposta is a home away from home, nonas cooking when Nona doesn’t want to cook, a real hidden gem in the 905. I’m honestly surprised this isn’t a Michelin star restaurant the quality and care that goes into every plate. On top of multiple visits with family, we recently had them host a larger party and they went above and beyond, all of our guests had a great night, many have returned with their families since. Highly recommend this restaurant, the fresh pasta and any seasonal dish you can try.

Fantastic experience! Food was incredible! Our waiter Alex was friendly, knowledgable and overall an amazing person. Recommend 15/10 and highly recommend to everyone! Food and wine are definitely worth the cost. It feels like Italy!
