Stopped in for take out - ordered the Pumpkin Gnocchi, buffalo wrap and soup. To say it was amazing would be an understatement. The pumpkin gnocchi was the best I’ve ever had - the sweet Brussels sprout / seed topper was TO DIE FOR. And the cream sauce provided the PERFECT balance. YOU MUST TRY

Rise Above is delightful! From the clean, bright space, to the friendly and attentive service, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience start to finish. The food was excellent, with a nice variety to choose from, great for diverse groups, which we had. Everybody was able to order something they liked, from healthy salads to solid comfort food. The beer and wine selections are quality, a very well-chosen local roster. I highly recommend Rise Above, and will definitely return if I'm in the area again.

We stopped in during our vacation in the area after hearing this is a MUST visit vegan spot! From the moment we walked in, we loved Rise Above! Super small & cozy vibes - just the right size to feel cozy & dine in! Located in a beautiful building with the best vibes including the waitress that was so kind & welcoming! They serve up amazing vegan comfort foods. What we got: Comfort bowl- my fave food during our entire Canada vacation was this! It was delicious creamy mashed potatoes with crispy seitan served with garlic kale & corn! Normally comes with gravy but they were out & the waitress suggested cheese sauce- which was completed the dish amazing! Wings- the wings were crispy & flavored perfect! The “large” serving came with a nice portion & side with dipping ranch. Mozzarella sticks- VEGAN mozzarella sticks are hard to come by & we always get them when we find them at spots. Rise Above made them perfect! Super fresh, crispy & seasoned perfect! The cheese was melty & ooey gooey! We were soooooo happy with our lunch here! Such a great vegan spot with such good vibes & amazing food to try!

We ordered the pull-apart bread (see the picture, it is wonderful and so big!) seitan crunch wrap (my favorite - so fresh, delicious and mediterranean style), philly steak wrap (also veeery yummy and moist and not dry) and the artichoke dip (deeeliciouuus) with pita. Everything was really spot-on, we enjoyed it very much. Because the garlic bread is huge, we will enjoy it tomorrow too. Thank you! - I previously tried a killer crunch wrap and the stuffed mushroom here. Unlike many people, I didn’t like the killer crunch because it was too much taco and too dry for me. Mushroom was very good. I’ll get that next time I dine in.

It starts when you walk in the door. Beautiful, clean and bright atmosphere greets you before you meet your server who takes you to your quaint table. The menu makes it very hard to choose what you want to eat as it all looks amazing. We opted to get a bunch of different things and share. Service was amazing, food is out of this world and price is very fair.

Impressive vegan menu that I had a hard time deciding what to eat. We got it to go so I went with the crunchwrap over the lasagna. There's quite a bit I'd like to try on the menu but unfortunately live 10 hours away. I got a crunchwrap with a side of mozz sticks. My wife had a seitan wrap with mac and cheese. We agreed the mac needed salt but wasn't bad. She really liked the mozz sticks. They were nice but definitely vegan cheese. I really liked my crunchwrap and she liked her wrap. The cookies were great, crispy and crumbly on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Good stuff! We couldn't find free parking so I dropped her off and she got the food. I swung by a bit later and picked her up. That was annoying but the town is just laid out that way, not their fault. Thanks for the delicious lunch! Would love to try something else if ever back in the area.

Super nice place with nice art inside. The vegetarian menu was really, really good! I had the falafel bowl, while my wife had the watermelon poké. Both dishes were amazing and we especially recommend the watermelon poké. I also had a mimosa wheat beer that was recommended and that paired well with my dish.

I have never tried 100% vegan food. And i was surprised the food was so delicious, flavourful, fulfilling and what not. The best salad i ever had. Every bite of food is flavourful. You will taste the thought in every meal they prepare. Staff is supper friendly and amazing as there food. The restaurant is pretty and cute. Pesto grilled sandwich is not be missed . One of yummy sandwiches i had. This going to be my favourite sandwich in entire niagara. Soft and crunchy at the same time. This is going to be one of best founds. This is must visit ❤️. Because this is the only way to find how beautiful and delicious vegan food can be.
