The tacos I had was not bad, I had it to go, when I got back to work with it was really soggy couldn't really enjoy it. But the taste was there. Maybe I'll give them a try again and see how it goes

I’m conflicted because the value is pretty great at this place - I got 3 tacos and a burrito and both were some of the biggest ones I’ve ever seen. I would be curious to weigh the burrito cause I swear it felt like a couple pounds. The presentation is also really special, with cool and sturdy packaging. However, when it comes to food, I was really underwhelmed. It’s not bad by any means, but it’s just so plain and basic. I would’ve much rather everything was half the size (and maybe simpler packaging), but with better ingredients and more unique flavors.

this is one of the worst take away experience i, unfortunately, had to witness. i dont know which one is worse, second world war or this burrito. my wife ordered non spicy but why the burrito is so spicy like manifesting its own existence, its own god. the other one i got is like a 70 years old soup is wrapped with a plastic tape. when i unboxed the burrito i felt like a getting apple watch but know just a mailman delivered to me the court letters i got sued by my own stomach due to excessive abuse, which i am not guilty but hey after taking a bite from this burrito this is the bottom of my problems dont. ever. try. this. place.

I literally just got my Uber eat deliver. The bag that the food comes in told me I was about to have an experience. The guacamole coming in a reusable glass jar ??? A huge burrito bowl. No skimp on the topping. I have to come here in person wow! Everything is delicious and perfect. Thank you JAYLA A

Food: 4 Stars Value: 5 Stars Overall: 4.5 Stars I ordered from Rico Burrito several times now, a ghost kitchen that specializes in delivery or takeout, and I must say, it was an experience worth sharing. With the convenience of online ordering, especially during these times, it’s always a gamble whether the food will arrive as expected, but Rico Burrito did not disappoint. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail, especially when, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, they included a hand sanitizer with our order. It was a small gesture, but it spoke volumes about their commitment to customer safety and care, which I deeply appreciated. Now, let’s talk about the food. I ordered a variety of tacos, and they were nothing short of delightful. Each taco was bursting with flavour, and the ingredients were clearly fresh. The fish and shrimp tacos stood out for me—they were exceptionally well-prepared, with the seafood cooked to perfection, maintaining that delicate balance between tender and crispy. The seasoning was spot-on, enhancing the natural taste of the fish and shrimp without overpowering it. The guacamole that accompanied the tacos was equally impressive—fresh, creamy, and just the right amount of zest. It was clear that Rico Burrito takes pride in the quality of their ingredients, and it certainly elevated the entire meal. However, not everything was perfect. I decided to try their cheese sticks, and this was where the experience fell a bit short. For the price, I received only two cheese sticks, which felt quite underwhelming. While the quality was decent, the portion size didn’t justify the cost, leaving me feeling somewhat disappointed. I understand that ghost kitchens might have higher operational costs, but when you pay a premium, you expect a bit more value in return. It’s something that I hope Rico Burrito will reconsider, as it could enhance the overall customer experience. Despite this minor setback, my overall experience with Rico Burrito was highly positive. The tacos, especially the fish and shrimp, were the highlights of the meal, and I would certainly order from them again just for those. The freshness of the ingredients and the care in preparation were evident, making it a standout option for anyone craving quality Mexican food. The hand sanitizer inclusion was a thoughtful touch that reflected their awareness of the current climate and customer concerns, something that not all businesses manage to do. In conclusion, Rico Burrito delivered a mostly satisfying experience. While there’s room for improvement, particularly in terms of portion sizes for certain items like the cheese sticks, the overall quality of the food and the attention to customer safety were commendable. If you’re looking for delicious tacos delivered to your door, Rico Burrito is definitely worth trying. Just be mindful of the pricing on some of the sides. I’m looking forward to ordering from them again, and I hope to see them continue to refine their offerings. kellychan360

No Rico The first time I ordered from this restaurant one fish taco was like an piece of old rubber that they'd found at the bottom of the freezer. I phoned the restaurant to complain and they seemed really surprised. This time, two fish tacos were almost as bad and a third was barely edible. I saved and froze bits of the fish that I had nibbled to prove to them. Also incorrectly packed, so one of the takas fell over and open. One star for thee toppings and one star for the tres leches cheesecake, which is still a bit odd having bits of cake in it.

Burrito will not disappoint. Restaurant followed instructions. Burrito well packed with fresh ingredients. SIngle serving of guacamole an option without the extra charge. Items individually wrapped with stickers to confirm not tampered and individually packed in a box. Definitely recommend this location and we will order again.

Off the charts good. We ordered delivery; the packaging is sturdy and good looking. The tacos- all of them, especially the fish tacos... OMG so good. The sauces amazing ( the hottest - I couldn't eat, I was sweating hard.. but even so; i ate it all.) The burritos are massive and the tortilla doesn't get soggy! We also ordered their bowls. Amazing. I can not say anything negative. High five! 4 thumbs up. Will order again.
