Ricey Silo 小满云南传统过桥米线

I visited this Yunnan noodle house with a friend, and we both had a great time. The service was quick, and the portion sizes were more than satisfying, making it a great spot for a filling meal. The noodle soup was flavorful and had a rich broth. They serve ingredients in small dishes and you add them to your soup. It’s a hands-on experience like the traditional way in Yunnan.

The menu on the website is incorrect, here’s an updated menu. Food came in less than 5 minutes but they tasted just alright. (And the dry noodle looked nothing like the photo) Huge portion sizes though so come hungry :) They also require you to give at least a 12% tip and don’t take reservations

Oh God, for the first time, it was perfect. As I expected, everything was extraordinary. Food was a memorable piece of art. Thank you all. Special thanks to all the waitresses and waiters, they supported us very kindly and respectfully. AMANDA was the one we really appreciate.

This place is by far one of my favourite go to places for noodles! Service is good, food is good, everything is good. I would recommend the classic low calcium noodles which comes with various toppings as shown in the picture. Food is served super quick. You can also order sides which my personal favourite are the chicken wings. I come here every weekend! Must try this out if you are in the area and you won’t regret it.

The food is not bad that’s why although their service was bad we still went there. Today I experienced even worse service and I promised myself I’ll never go again. The environment is well decorated, but even we went there during non rush hours, they didn’t allow us to sit where we wanted. Today was the third time they only allowed us to sit where they arranged, even though half of the restaurant was empty. I was an already a bit upset, guess who else is more upset? The male waiter. I explicitly said that was my food, but he still put my food across the table, and asked us to move around the dish ourselves. I asked for a separate bowl, he gave me a not clean one. Then I said this one wasn’t clean, without any apologies, the waiter changed to another one, without putting on my table, and just pass it to me arrogantly. It feels like that I owe him something because I didn’t initially agree to their seat arrangement. We also had to ask for another set of utensil because they didn’t even provide initially. No water/napkin refills. No asking if we are doing ok. I lowered my tip to only 10% but to be honest I’m still regretting that. Food: 4 out of 5 stars the food is good for people who cannot eat too spicy Environment: 3 out of 5 stars because it’s decorated well but you cannot choose where to sit, especially if you disagree, 5 waiters will come by and “persuade” you to sit where they arranged Service: 0 out of 5 stars based on my 10+ times there, with family or friends or children Baby/young kids friendly: not really, they need to sit besides the isle where they serve the food, I feel very uncomfortable and insecure since the food is supposed to be at a very high temperature Overall: 2 out of 5 stars

Perfect spot for a bone chilling day! I'm not a Chinese noodle type guy, but this place was good. I went right at opening only because another restaurant was full. I was pleasantly surprised at quality of food, service and atmosphere. I got the Wagyu noodle set. I don't expect much out of any place that advertiser's Wagyu unless they're dedicated steakhouses. Most places give the lower quality versions or very thinly sliced. The meat here was thin, but the noodles and broth were good. On cold days I like having pho. This place offers a nicer atmosphere, the warm hearty soup and noodles that you want on a cold day. The employees were attentive with no issues. Price is a tad more expensive $20+ per person. Would recommend and return.

This is a Yunan noodle shop that offers a beautifully decorated atmosphere. The food is prepared incredible quickly. Our noodle dishes were literally out in less than 5 minutes. The fried tofu took a little longer but was still quick. My only criticism is that the prices are a little high for the amount of meat they offer with each bowl and that there are little to no vegetarian options. I would still recommend it for the gorgeous decor and decent food. It's perfect for date night.

A friend took me here to try the best rice noodle. Apparently this is what she called the most authentic Yunnan Rice Noodle place in Toronto. I ordered the signature noodle soup. The soup base is tasty and light, love the crunchy deep fried meat pieces inside which gave it a good meaty taste. The side dish portion is small but just right to go along the main meal. We ordered the spicy potato slices, just loved the spicy sauce!
