Republic of Tacos is a new restaurant in Toronto opened more than 6 months ago.

What started as a humble family ritual has grown into Republic of Tacos, where we aim to share the breakfast taco and Tex-Mex experience that became our owner's passion during his years there. We're proud of the effort and love we put into our menu, be it our array of salsas, the homemade chorizo, or beef braised in one of our spice blends, which always start with whole, dried Mexican chiles. We hope you'll enjoy this unique style of taco and breakfast offering any time of time, grab some to warm up later for a trip or work (they reheat great), or our other tacos, and their nod to Tejano and Southern cultures.
