Remezzo Italian Bistro

I’ve been coming here for 20 years. This place has changed. There is zero customer service whatsoever. If they get your order wrong, they look at you like you’re the problem. Rude, inconsiderate and a complete difference from the place I knew and loved. Utterly disappointed and left the restaurant in such bad spirits. Used to be amazing but not anymore. By far. AWFUL customer service and service. AWFUL. Not to mention the food quality and portions. Nothing at all like it used to be. The chicken Marsala used to be the best quality and now it’s gross. I ordered a steak dinner and it came with literally three small potatoes. I asked for medium well and it came to me so dry and overcooked and cold so I told them I asked for medium well. They came back with the same steak cut open with zero juice. Just total dryness. I said I’m sorry, I feel bad but this is not what I requested. The pasta sauce has no taste and no love goes into the food anymore. Like I said, been going there for years with co-workers, dates, by myself, tip extra well. I had to ask the bartender for salt as there is no salt at the table (waitress wasn’t around and my food was getting cold) and he looked at me like I was an alien. Totally off this place. I do not recommend any longer.

3.75 stars Ordered the French onion soup and lasangna bolognese. Soup needed more bread, and the lasagna noodles were a bit tough. Service was good.

If there was a choice to give less than a Star I would choose that. The automoshere is crummy, smelly, horrible lighting. Literally worst than high school cramped cafeteria. It's horrible unappealing food. And waitresses are scary looking and unfriendly, never happy to check on you.

We have been coming to this place for years now and truth to be told - We’re still coming here with the sole reason of cheap price (esp going out with a big group) this place has been going down hill every single time. Calamari is a big hit (although, quantity of it varies -this is proven. 4 people ordered it and some are less compared to others) Bacon scallops were good too. The Angle hair pasta in coconut cream sauce is amazing. Steak was okay. The Mussels are pretty good too. Caesar salad was mid. Service: 2 stars! Can’t find our server whenever we need her. She forgot some items multiple times and has an attitude. Big place with understaff and overworked servers I would guess. Another server was also serving some attitude whenever we ask her of something. The atmosphere? I would give 0 star if I could, place is full of uncleaned tables! We walked from our table to the washroom and we passed by tables that need to be attended to. Dont even start me with their washrooms! It stinks so bad and clearly, no one has cleaned it properly for years! Please fix the issues, we used to love this place.

The food was great, amazing Greek salad and the chicken kebab grilled to perfection, the rice fluffy and savory. My wife’s had the Angel Hair Surf and Turf pasta, it was cooked the right way, the the sauce on it was very good. Definitely will be back here.

We ordered salmon platter , it was worst thing I ever had , the fish was rotten completely! Ironically The waiter seems too lazy I mean she forgot to place one of my order And the interior looks too old you will see dusted furniture and carpet, Everything looks too old, I hardly spent 30 mins here! overall worst experience.

Great food. Very authentic tasting and great quality of ingredients. The Lasagna and French onion soup are a must try! The service was also Kind and courteous The prices is also amazing. Full dinner with apps only costed less than 30$ a person. Big selection available from the menu as well, so im definitely adding Remezzo to my list of places to try again!

First impression walking in: Place seems outdated with low light ambiance, somewhat busy in the evening, and friendly employees Food: Pizza was good size and pasta with good portions. It came fresh and hot. Pasta and pizza was tasty and i enjoyed it, and I am not a pasta lover! Menu has lots of options of italian food Service: Easily made a reservation. Timely, did not have to wait too long for the food, even we were in a group of 10. Server always checks on us if everything was okay. She was very patient because some people were late, and we appreciate it. Got all our orders correct. Price: Reasonable. $14.99 for a pizza for 1, i say worth it because of the quality. Gratuities were already included in the bill. Place: Outdated (tables and chairs need to be updated, but to see it in a positive light it has an old charm vibe. Washrooms were pretty clean, but definitely needs work). Low light ambiance with yellow lighting. Place was still clean overall. Kid/baby/stroller friendly. Would I recommend and come back? Yes, because of the quality food and great service.
