The place is excellent in terms of flavor, speed and price of food, unfortunately the waiter's service is racist and disdainful for not being Italian or Canadian, I would definitely not return to the place

Hands down one of the best little gems in Toronto for real quality Italian food. Regina's has been there for about 45 years, and there's a reason it's still kicking. Twice I've had a build your own pizza, and the portion size, amount of toppings, and overall taste are immaculate. The staff who work there and make the food are old school and really personable. Honestly, do yourself a favor and try this place out because it's the next best thing to your Ma's homemade food. Seriously, they make everything from scratch, and I can't say enough good things about them!

Regina Pizza is hands down the best pizzeria in town! Every bite is a perfect blend of fresh, high-quality ingredients, with a crust that's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Their menu offers a great variety, and no matter what you order, it’s consistently delicious. The staff is always friendly, the service is fast, and the ambiance is warm and welcoming. If you're looking for pizza that's bursting with flavor and made with care, Regina Pizza is the place to go. Highly recommend to all pizza lovers

We visited late during a work week almost before closing of the restaurant, but our order was still taken care of. The pizza was amazing and surprisingly the portion was much larger than I expected. Service was great also. Kudos.

A beautiful and nice place for an Italian cuisine The cheese pizza was so delicious and loved it. The service was great and the place is very affordable you will definitely enjoy it.

Had a good experience here. Walked in on a Saturday evening for diner. They seated us right away. Authentic Italian place. Service was good other than we had to ask for water a few times. Food came quickly. Nice portions and homey feel. We enjoyed our food. Bonus points : they give you bread with butter and olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

One of the best places you can try original italian cuisines in Little Italy. The staffs were so kind as well as the foods were awesome. I highly recommend the ravioli with the italian red wine as their collab is amazing. Also, if you like beer, try Peroni, a popular italian beer. I will definitely visit here again soon:)

Great food, nice atmosphere, friendly servers. This place is a wonderful traditional Italian trattoria in the heart of little Italy. The pizza is phenomenal and the experience is unwaveringly good.
