If you close at 11…. Close at 11… online orders can be switched off at a certain point. Cmon… On a Friday… you’re missing out on cash. And you’re competing with local business. The guy I talked to was professional. No complaints there. But I’ll order from someone else next time. Cmon head office. Think.

So this is my 2nd experience ordering from Red Rockets and I want to like them because I’ve had them from other locations and they were good !!… but I haven’t had that experience. Both times I got the tiniest barely warm worst wings ever 😞 they were smaller than my baby sized thumb !!… see photos. Worst part is paying $35 for 20 of these !!

After ordering dinner through uber eats and it never arriving, we called this resturant directly to help rectify the issue. They were beyond helpful and had our dinner at our house within 30 mins and it was delicious. Best wings in Hamilton hands down!

Consistently great food - amazing wings! Fairly reasonable considering the cost of BBQ these days. I love stopping here when visiting Hamilton.

I came from leaving a restaurant where I had my worst experience but in this place it met all my expectations, good menu, the place is cozy even though we brought the food, the people are very friendly, the food is delicious and very well served, I liked it a lot, I hope Come back soon and try more of their sauces and I must say their onion rings 😋😋

I live one block away. Dont order often, gee I wonder why? Sixteen bucks gets you this...joy!!! Just ordered a single order of wings, bland, tiny, barely any sauce. Added more sauce at home. Wings barely warm, and I live right across the street.14 pc wings and four shards of carrots and celery...meh! I will compliment that they were breaded nicely and cooked well, just lacking the sauce and flavor requested!
