Just had the best mazesoba I've ever had. Incredibly delicious. I don't think the tofu skin belongs in there though, because the taste overpowers the rest of the dish. The egg was very good. Chicken tasted amazing. This meal was comparable if not better than some of the ramen I've had in Japan. I'm shocked there's such good food in Aurora!

First experience dining at an authentic ramen restaurant. You will immediately notice the cleanliness of the restaurant and welcoming servers. We ordered the RED OIL and SPICY MISO ramen noodles… Wow they were full of flavour! The broth was rich and the noodles were fresh. Only down side was the price as $20 for a bowl of noodles is a little high.

Lot of flavors in the broth. Good food, getting good variety and authenticity and good place for friends to meet up and enjoy the environment.

Found this ramen place on Google map by accident. Dropped in to try their chicken broth ramen but ended up liking their grilled mackerel the most. Me and my spouse ordered the garlic oil ramen and spicy sesame oil ramen respectively. Price was kinda steep for a bowl of ramen as egg and nori are extra charges and the pork belly slice is too thin to my liking. Unfortunately we both felt the dashi in the broth was overly dominant, unbalanced imo, I couldn't taste any trace of chicken but maybe that's just me . Was informed by a very polite female server that this is the style for what we ordered, so for more chicken flavor we should order the more basic soy or salt version. I shall do so next time. So why 4 stars ? Because the grilled fish was amazing, grilled to perfection ! Been a long time since I've tasted such fat and juicy fish, crispy outside tender flaky oily inside. Was informed they have great tapas on Friday night and weekends. We will return to try again.

Been going here since they opened. The quality and service has only gotten better. Incredible broth and flavours. Nice to see the chef having fun with the tapas menu and specials. Highly recommend. Worth the price, large portions of ramen.

Generous 4 star rating. Owners are super friendly and nice and the decor takes you back to somewhere in Japan. The concept and idea is great but the food falls a bit flat. Ramen broth is over seasoned (and most items), ingredients are light in the bowl and noodles were a bit too thick. Not great value for money but a good local spot to try at least once.

The restaurant itself feels very authentic Japanese atmosphere and design. I think overall there's lots to like but also lots of room for improvement. Their ideas and flavour pairings sound good on paper but execution is lacking a bit. I wish grilled and fried items were a bit more doneness and the ramen and sauces are either not seasoned enough or seasoned too much. I hope they will continue to improve as I'm willing to try again. I give them 7/10!

The soup and Ramen are good, rich in flavors but not too thick in texture. I don't sense msg in the souup as msg makes me thirsty. I ordered the spicy one and the level of spiciness is mild and gives an extra layer of sensation. It comes with 3 prosciutto thin japanese pork belly. They taste good, tender and flavorful. Yet, it is paper thin. 5 yakoyaki is ok with 1 tiny little piece of octopus in each for $9. The restaurant was recently renovated. The atmosphere improved. Everything is good. It is $19 per bowl and definitely on the pricey side for half stomach full. ......... just wondering, when I pay $60 for a $51 bill, I expect change and determine tips afterward. The waitress asked me if I want change back. I find this gesture a little weird. It is no big deal. Anyway, food is definitely good.
