Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurant

Am so happy with Rajdhani in Oshawa. The service people are so fast, kind and perfect. Food is awesome, so authentic and very tasty. I dnt miss India because of this restaurant in Oshawa. Love them! Been coming here almost every Friday. Price is very fair as a full thali with 3 curry naan rice desert is $14. Chat items are a must try.

The food at Rajdhani is great! They have a good variety of options and have daily specials as well. Their sweets are very nice as well. The pastry was surprisingly delicious. I love their Parathas and Naans made fresh in Tandoor. The restaurant had music on at a high volume, so I would say the volume could be a bit lower. Overall, the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. The customer service is good, but it could be better. The person on cash counter was a bit slow to attend as she had to pack previous customer’s sweets as well. In the dine-in area, the person came to us with the bill even though we were still eating. Not sure if their protocol is to get payment as soon as the customers don’t want to order anything else, but it was kind of weird. There were enough empty tables and they were not that busy, so not sure why we were made to pay like that. She was definitely sweet and not rude, but it was plain weird.

Rajdhani has amazing parathas, chaat, halwa poori and a variety of desserts. We liked the Mixed Masala Kulcha, Chaat Papdi and Halwa Poori. The Kulcha is fantastic, very soft and melts in your mouth with the curry. Chaat Papdi with yoghurt is very refreshing. Halwa Poori is superb with basically the best Halwa in town. Best place to fulfill your paratha and chaat cravings.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a great service! From the owner to the staff, everyone is super nice and welcoming. I had the Chola Bhatura, and it was absolutely delicious—definitely a must-try! I will be visiting again soon. Highly recommend this place!

Pure vegetarian food. Service qas good. Have a good amount of seating space. Food we tried Channa bhatura - channe was ok. Bhatura was good Biryani - They should rename this to vegetable puloa as that's what it taste like. Quantity was less. Thali - Ordered 3 thalis all veg Curries were sweet in taste didn't like at all Chaat papdi - This was really good. Drinks - Lassi and Lemonade (sweet) good 👍

We went for breakfast of Halwa Puri , Masala Dosa and tea with family. There puri along with Halwa and Channa Salan was very good, also Masala dosa was appreciated, but Lacha paratha was not what we expected. In fact they should not call it lacha paratha . The price is reasonable , the ambiance is good and the presentation is also nice, Aisha serving on our table was very professional and humble . Thanks Aisha for making our day.

Rajdhani Oshawa didn't disappoint during my 2 visits. The food is so fresh, the staff is polite and friendly. They have so many options for curries, snacks & sweets. I'll definitely be back soon.

We had a delightful meal with a lovely young server who was 18. I apologize, but I can’t remember her name. We came here with some of my former Indian international students and some others from the community. The food was delightful. I will certainly bring my new students that are committed for September intake. One of the managers and staff members were very polite which for a first Generation Canadian, I did not feel segregated as that had happened previously in other Indian restaurants. Continue the great job!! And i value the hospitality being a non Indian which is what Canada is all about. GOOD JOB!!!!!
