We order 5 thali on new year eve and they only sent 3 thali via uber. They said sorry staff was new and they didnt know how to work and told us to order again via uber and talk to UBER for refund . VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered the catering for 15 people yesterday and food was prepped on time. We ordered the Dal Makhni, veg manchurian , paneer butter Masala with dessert . Everything was delicious. Manchurian is one of their great dish.

Rajdhani Restaurant is always super crowded, which speaks to the food’s popularity, but the experience can be frustrating. Despite seeing empty tables, we were told to wait 20 minutes, as people lingered and more kept arriving. While the food might be tasty, the poor crowd management and long wait times make it a less enjoyable experience overall. Lastly, it is a costly place. One chat dish $8.

I had an amazing experience at Rajdhani Sweets! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish bursting with authentic flavors. The quality and taste were top-notch, and the sweets were some of the best I've ever had. The service was also excellent, making the entire experience even better. This was a terrible experience at Rajdhani Restaurant. I ordered 4 samosas and 2 bread pakoras, but the young girl at the counter mistakenly entered 6 samosas. Despite repeating my order three times, she still got it wrong. When I pointed it out, she refused to accept her mistake and even argued that I had ordered 6 samosas. It's shocking that she couldn't tell the difference between 4 and 6 and refused to take responsibility. There was no apology, no attempt to correct the mistake, just excuses. She also mentioned how long the bread pakoras would take, but later completely dismissed it. This shows a lack of basic customer service skills. The staff clearly needs better training on how to handle customers and admit mistakes instead of arguing and lying. The manager should take this seriously and ensure their employees are professional and courteous. I'm extremely disappointed—I won’t be coming back anytime soon.and This level of dishonesty and poor service is unacceptable. If you value good customer service and accountability, I would suggest avoiding this place.

I visited this establishment last Sunday evening at 7:30 p.m. with the intention of enjoying some Punjabi cuisine. However, I must express my disappointment with the poor communication skills displayed by the staff. It would be greatly appreciated if you could instill moral values and ethical behavior in your employees. Additionally, it would be beneficial to encourage them to be more generous and accommodating towards customers. While the food was indeed delicious, the service was unfortunately extremely lacking. As a result, I regrettably wasted valuable time that I had hoped to spend with a special someone.

I had heard good stuff and thought I would give it a try but utterly unhappy with the experience. Ordered chat papri which was so unlike a chat papri I have ever had. It was just yogurt and one thing in the center. Had to take additional sweet sauce to make it a bit flavorful. Then ordered kachori chana to give it one more shot however disappointed again. Look at the picture in the menu vs what we got. Should have been mentioned at the time of order.

Ordered noodles. They were pre-cooked many hours ago and were too salty. They microwaved them and served them, selling stale food and playing with customers’ health. We asked at the reception, and she said the noodles were half-fried and freshly prepared. I don’t know who hired her to work at the billing counter and deal with customers. First time I heard of noodles being half-fried. And when asked to change and serve fresh noodles, she said our staff tasted it. It’s in good condition and tasty. We can’t serve you another one.
