Had to wait 30 minutes for 5 doubles. Another woman was yelling at them before I did because of the wait time. The food and price were really ridiculous for some simple doubles. Wish I had read the reviews before I ended up writing one now.

Terrible service. I just ordered. 4 doubles and was quoted a wait time of 5-10 minutes… 20 minutes later when I got my doubles it was cold on the inside and outside. When I brought the food back in and showed this to the workers, one employee laughed and smiled while telling the other co worker I said my food was cold. The worse part is they re made the food and it was ready in less then 3 minutes, more fresh and steaming hot. Would not recommend this place to anybody

I recently ordered takeout from Radica's and was impressed with the quality of the food. The dishes were flavorful, fresh, and generously portioned. However, the experience was slightly marred by the person (Big guy with long braided hair) taking my order at the counter. While they were efficient, they could have been more courteous and friendly. Wait times were decent and food was packed well. Despite this, the food truly shone, and I would definitely recommend this Restaurant. Perhaps a little extra training in customer service would take this restaurant to the next level. Still, I'm looking forward to ordering from them again and enjoying their delicious food!

I had the pleasure of dining at a local West Indian food spot and I must say, I was completely blown away by the flavors and authenticity of the cuisine. The atmosphere of the restaurant was vibrant and inviting, with reggae and soca music playing in the background and colorful decor that transported me straight to trinidad. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring that my dining experience was top-notch. As for the food, every dish we tried was a culinary delight. The jerk chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, with just the right amount of heat. The curry fish was tender and flavorful, with a rich and fragrant sauce that had me going back for seconds. And let's not forget about the rice and peas - a staple of West Indian cuisine that was cooked to perfection. But the standout dish of the night was the roti filled with a savory mix of curry chicken and potatoes, creating a dish that was as comforting as it was delicious. I couldn't get enough of it! Overall, my dining experience at this West Indian food spot was truly memorable. The flavors, the atmosphere, and the hospitality all exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes from their tantalizing menu. If you're a fan of Caribbean cuisine, this is a must-visit spot. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR RATING IN MINUS, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THAT. My husband and I recently visited Radica's Hot and Spicy, and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. We ordered two simple dishes – Veg Fried Rice and Veg Chowmein – and were thoroughly disappointed with both. Let's start with the Veg Fried Rice. To say that it lacked freshness would be an understatement. The rice was not only burnt but also stuck together like gum. Surprisingly, my husband remarked that even my homemade fried rice, made with minimal culinary knowledge, surpassed the quality of what we were served. The absence of veggies, except for oversized broccoli chunks, further dampened our dining experience. Moving on to the Veg Chowmein, being from Delhi, I have high expectations for this classic dish. Regrettably, this version was the worst I have ever tasted. The noodles appeared old, drenched in excessive oil, which was quite evident as it sparkled under the light. The low-quality, thick oil used for both the fried rice and chowmein suggested that it had been used for multiple fryings. Once again, the dish lacked variety, featuring only large broccoli chunks with no other veggies. Adding to our disappointment was the woeful customer service. With just one lady managing the counter, she handled orders and served dishes. Our food took a whopping 45 minutes to reach our table, despite we being the only customers in that whole restaurant at that moment. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Radica's Hot and Spicy to anyone, not even my worst enemies. The Google rating is misleading, and I strongly suspect it has been altered. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. The subpar quality of the food and the dismal customer service make it an establishment not even worth EXISTING!!

The food was amazing! Our server, Rebecca, made the experience even better with her wonderful service. She was attentive and patient with our orders that kept changing. We will definitely come back again! There was also live soca music. All we needed more was just a beach lol!!!

A friend recommended this restaurant. We drove from Kitchener to Brampton to try it out . We were welcomed, greeted, and sitted to our booth by a friendly staff. We noticed how beautiful and clean the restaurant was. It is Insta worthy 😀. We ordered Pepper Shrimp, Corn and Crab soup and Jerk Chicken Lomein. The food tasted good and the portions were big .The prices are affordable. The atmosphere was great. The service was okay not great. It would have been nice to get checked on by our server and she didn't have much knowledge about the dishes we asked her about. We had to ask someone else before we could order the take out . I forgot her name but she was so helpful, I believe she said, she is the one who makes the Doubles. We ordered Doubles, Curry Mango and Pepper Shrimp to go and they were all so good . I would go back and try some more dishes and recommend this place to my friends. It's worth the drive
