We got tickets for the Taste of Culture Event at Raahi and had an amazing time. The food was tasty and the event was very entertaining! We ordered the Butter Chicken special which included Na an, it was very flavorful.

Really great Indian food!! 5 stars are not a joke, some of the best food in Toronto and very reasonably priced. We got momos, samosas (delicious)!!, saag paneer, and tandoori chicken. Garlic naan was so good we ordered a second one throughout the meal. Service is great too. 10/10

Ordered a special with two Curries one tarka dal, two naans, one rice and Gulab Jamin for 49.99 on Uber Eats. Curries are a bit on the smaller side but delicious. Well packaged. Butter chicken is creamy, flavourful and earthy. A touch of sweetness but not overwhelming like many others. Tarka dal is rich and well seasoned Saag paneer is very well pureed (if you’re a fan of a chunkier texture, pass) and the cheese is fresh and delicious. Everything was amazing, honestly. Pakoras are small round patties not the drip type, samosa filling is mild medium and heavy on peas. I’m not a gulab Jamin fan so I haven’t tried it yet lol

The place was just fine. It felt like the dish portion wasn't enough according to their prices; overcharged prices. Also, the quality of the food was just 6/10. We ordered Chicken Biryani and Masala Paneer. It was just okay, I was not impressed by the taste. Service and Atmosphere was good and that's all about it.

I am always a little extra critical when trying Indian food outside of my own kitchen since it’s my own wheel house. However Raahi is as good as it can get when comes to Indian food in this neighborhood. Without naming names, it’s probably one of the best out here! I have been here three times and ordered take out twice; each time the quality has been consistently good! My favourites will have to be Tikka two ways, samosas, butter chicken wrap, paneer tikka masala and lacha parantha! The servers are always very prompt and patient! They don’t have overly loud music blasting which makes it easier to have a pleasant conversation over dinner! The portion sizes are moderate and for the price and quality of their protein I think it’s worth it. Amongst their Hakka offerings I would suggest to go for the trinity of chowmein, manchurian and chilli chicken with a side of tandoori momos! The momos are not to miss!

I have tried so many different Indian Restaurants. This one is easily top 3. I have tried some new things :) The waitress made great recommendations! She was absolutely 💯 lovely :) Food is seriously great. You can see people raving about the food. 🥘All praises well deserved. I don’t say it often but… We will be back! 🙏🏼

Visited with a friend for Summerlicious lunch and it was incredible! The special menu on offer was excellent and we shared apps and mains. I could’ve eaten the Nadru Monje all day. My friend liked her Fish Chettinad with Chilli Mayo. Portions generous. Butter naan was fresh. Lamb Rogan Josh and butter chicken were rich and tasty. Dessert was the delicately flavoured rasmalai. We just had water but there are options. The service was excellent! When I asked about a certain song, she said it was one of her favourites and put it on! Amazing. She also let us sit and chat. The restaurant is spotless and has a simply modern and lovely decor. Vegetation friendly. Extensive regular menu to try. Mostly accessible. Street parking. Will be back!
