Quesada Burritos & Tacos

Food is good, it's little dry in tacos, quantity is good but because of less sauces it feels very dry. I ordered from uber eats and it showing some offers and promotion in front page as brand icon but I called 2 times but staff says it's not showing from there side. It's not available in uber but I can clearly see it. Because of that i didn't get that deal. I am not sure why this happens but I expected may be new staff and she didn't trafer to manager even after I asked for

Ordered the BOGO deal off of uber eats for 2 burrito bowls. Both bowls hardly came with any food, toppings, or sauce, and one bowl had hair in it. Seems they can get away with doing the bare minimum for delivery since there's no way to complain via the app.

Honestly it's as good as any chain mexican fast food restaurant. Wish they spent more effort into plating the bowls.

I’ve ordered from Quesada Burritos & Tacos twice through Uber Eats, and both times my experience has been frustrating. The first order was missing items, but I let it slide. However, my second order was missing four items, which was completely unacceptable. It’s disappointing because I enjoy the food, but the repeated mistakes make it hard to trust ordering again. I hope they improve their quality control, especially for delivery orders.

Well last time we went to have a veggie bowl and they charge us regular and then we ordered a tofu bowl they charged us extra for veggies. Today we ordered the tofu bowl and they charged us extra even without adding veggies. The cashier are so rude. They are explaining if you order tofu bowl it doesn't include veggies and still they charged extra. Next time I am not stepping for buying anything here. If we see the menu there is no clarity or display of prices for the same item. They charged whatever extra they can for the same type or different type of bowl. Adding cheese is like hardle a teaspoon not even a full scoop. Very disappointing for th3 price of 13.49$+ for a tofu bowl

Honestly i didn’t expected this level of dull and rude service. The guy who made my order was neither helpful or polite. Because when i complained that food quantity is low instead of acknowledging he started making me count other burrito places he worked and when i told him to try bar burrito and fresh burrito in my response. He just acted like i don’t know even know these places. So why you even started when you can’t handle the criticism. Is that how a server should response to a customer who is paying 22$ for a half filled veg bowl.!! I requested tofu aswell honestly the container tofu was placed was looking like a dog food. If quesada has problem with my comment i request them to try tofu of one of the places i suggested. Or if they want i will buy for them. Because after tasting my order i literally disposed it. I am not a hater. We work hard to earn money and $22 is not a less amount. I am not eating in a fine dining where i have to pay extravagant for a minimal. Other burrito places use force to close the lid. That’s the level of quantity they have. Also taste and service is literally much better. Such welcome and helpful they are. I guess your server should work one of them too. So that he can learn that how to treat a customer rather than showing attitude. Neither i will recommend or visit again.

Plenty of parking as this store location is adjacent to Best Buy and HomeSense. Went for lunch, not busy at all. The lady behind the counter was training a new staff, she was very helpful and informative, explained the spice levels options, ingredients and sauce varieties. Ordered the large pork burrito to share with my significant other. Choice of whole wheat or white burrito wrap. The normal add-ons, black & refried beans, brown rice, lettuce, tomatoes. Jalapeno, cilantro, etc. Added a lime Jorrito soda, nice crispy lime flavor. Large burrito was enough to feed us both, no issues with excess gas emissions or bathroom emergencies (lol). Disappointed as the pork was not flavorful or seasoned well enough, however the ingredients all blended well together. Normally I get the crunch wraps at Taco Bell, this was a good alternative

😳🤯 THAT is a BIG DAMN BURRITO. Like a mini football!!! Ordered thru skip. Food arrived warm. For all you health nuts get the freaking burrito bowl 🤤. The corn is sweet and the ground beef with refried beans had a nice kick, fresh lettuce. Don't let the quesadilla pic fool you there are 4 pieces in there each of them yum.
