Queen's Pizza and Wings

Negative 5 star Ordered two pizzas, wings and wedges they forgot the wedges and messed up the whole one pizza and forgot the wedges with undercooked chicken Noticed the pizza was wrong and wedges were missing we called and got them to bring the right stuff while putting food onto our plate we realized that the pizza was still doughy and the wings were undercooked there was still blood on the bones When we called and said the wings were not cooked they told us it is impossible so here are some pictures to prove it, definitely don't order from them I believe it is new owners

The pizza was decent, but i asked for a well done pizza and if the pizza I got was cooked any less it would have been raw. So if anyone can point me in the direction of a pizza place that can make a well done pizza that would be great.

This used to be our go to local pizza joint. Full party slab pizza was always great. Something has changed. Last 2 times we ordered, it was different. Different sauce, less cheese. Half the pizza was overcooked and half was undercooked. Not sure how that's possible but it was.

I recently ordered wings from them and one of the workers said it was halal I was shocked when I wanted to order wings once again and to only learn that their wings aren’t actually halal. This felt incredibly misleading, as they continue to promote them as halal on their menu. For those of us who follow strict dietary guidelines, this is not just disappointing—it’s a serious issue. Trust is huge when it comes to food, and I won’t be returning here anytime soon. If you’re looking for halal options, I’d recommend looking elsewhere to avoid this kind of misleading experience.

Ihad a very disappointing experience with this pizza store. I specifically asked if their chicken wings were halal, and they assured me they were. After eating, I discovered through another source that their wings weren’t actually halal-certified. This was frustrating and felt incredibly dishonest, especially when dietary restrictions are so important to many of us. To make matters worse, when I called to address this with their customer service team, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they acted as though my concerns didn’t matter. I would not trust this place again, as they clearly don’t value transparency or their customers. If you need halal food or simply good service, I suggest going somewhere more reliable.

MULTIPLE HAIRS IN PIZZA, CHICKEN BONE IN FRIES Employees hung up on me when I called to inform them of what I found. Ordered a pizza to celebrate a special occasion last night I found hairs in my pizza, and a chicken bone in my fries which I bit into and nearly choked!! Very disappointed and will not be going back and I warn others against going here. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this was a bit too much for me :( I tried calling and the staff were very unhelpful and just hung up on me. I would like a refund as the food was inedible after we found these things.

If I could give a new zero stars I absolutely would. Hands down the worst pizza I when ever had in my entire life. First off, I called to inquire where the food was as they informed me it would be 20-30 minutes for Delivery. After an hour I called and they told me I was lying about the estimated delivery time and that they were on the way. The pizza was so cold and hard. No sauce and undercooked. The wings are LITERALLY BLACK - please refer yo photo. I have never given a negative review but this was necessary. I called and spoke to a man who ended up hanging up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

This place used to be fantastic, and still is if the right people are working. Two older people are great when they make the food, same with the owner. But all the kids they recently hired disrespect the business every time I order. If I was the owner I would get rid of all of them, hire new staff (except older lady and gentleman), and set strict expectations for new employees. I love this place when the pizza is cooked well. But the last 5 months, there's wayyyyyy to much sauce, and the pizza is often half cooked.
