DO NOT go to Cherry Street BBQ!! I paid 15$ for these, the sausage tastes the same to the ones I got from grocery store, they didn’t even heat it well, it’s such a dry sausage. Got it Swanky Burger, Captain Neon or the Pizza place instead!

For some reason the scooped ice cream place doesn't show up with you search it up on google maps. Unfortunately they were filming a social media promotion video during open hours and using the flavour we wanted which was the white chocolate. It didn't make any sense that we had to wait for so long so we ended up ordering their blueberry cheesecake flavour and it didn't really taste that good. We were on a time crunch as we visited during our break when we were at work. Their strawberry was amazing but our experience was ruined by the filming. I understand you would need to promote your business but during a time when we are trying to order? The staff was kind, but not mindful enough of the situation. We had to make several attempts to get his attention as he was also monitoring the filming process.

They have a good selection of fast food, including burgers, sandwich, pizza, fish & chips and desserts like ice cream and cookies. They also have a bar and serve alcohol, but need to be 19+. It’s a good place to have a bite at lunchtime, specially if you work in the area. It’s well-maintained and has a positive vibe.

This food hall is definitely more sophisticated and upscale than a typical food court in a shopping mall, great selection of cuisines from around the world, from gourmet cookies to Dim Sum, hummus to fried chicken, pizza to fancy hot dogs, and sushi to baos, nice place to visit to satisfy your taste buds.

I was expecting more from this hall. I could have just gone to the regular food court, which has more food stalls to choose from. I will base my review on the food we ate. We had Lil Rebel and they were great. My personal favorite was the truffle hargow. We had cocktails from the cross bar, and it was alright. Friendly service, clean surroundings. The atmosphere is okay.

I tried 3 spots at the Queen's cross food hall: Beauty's fried chicken, Swanky burger, and lil rebel. For Beauty's fried chicken I tried the tender and fries. It was pretty good. It costed around 15 bucks. Not bad but again, it's hard to ruin tenders and fries 😆. At Swanky burger we got the turkey burger. It was so good, the turkey burger wasn't dry either (which anything turkey tends to be on the drier side). Last but not least, the dumplings at lil rebel were spicy and kinda juicy. These were end of the day dumplings so I'm sure if we had gotten there earlier the dumplings would have been more juicy. But overall, the Queen's cross food hall is worth checking out at least once.

Checked out the swanky new food hall on the lower level of Eaton centre on opening day. A true culinary haven for foodies. Very cosmopolitan chic decor with ample seating options. There are about 13 food stations and two rotating pop ups. From Swanky Burger's juicy hand pressed patties, Beauty's Fried Chicken's addictive crispy delights, Captain Neon Sushi & Bowls and Umami packed bites to famous Craig's oversized gooey Cookies, there's something for every palate. I tried Babel Hummus Bar's warm eggplant bowl and 😲 delicious and filling and value for the price. Crossroads Bar is a fantastic spot for happy hour. The welcoming staff creates a friendly atmosphere and Nick, the bartender, crafts an exceptional Paloma. The bar bites are equally impressive, offering a delicious selection that perfectly complements the drink offerings. Highly recommended!

Opened on April 24, 2024. Always nice to see more food options inside a mall. This is located on the opposite side of Eaton Centre, compared to the existing food court which is convenient. I liked the decor at the main entrance area, but the area inside with the food stalls is a bit dark and feels cramped full of lineups. Seems the food stands are independent businesses rather than well-known franchises, so it didn't appeal to me too much.
