Qoola FRESH

Qoola fresh has become a go-to for me whenever I need to get something nutritious and tasty. This place is singlehandedly making sure I don't go nutrient deficient They are open during hours when most stores in York Lanes aren't yet, or when others are closed The salads here taste good, and the portions are so big (the Rocket Arugula is 10/10). Never knew I would crave salad in my life 😭 The power and yogurt bowls also have a lot of variety and texture, and the avocado toast is good for when you aren't too hungry The staff are also nice as well. When someone accidentally took my salad order, they made me another free of charge :)

I went there today for lunch. There was a short Asian lady who took my order and she was straight up in a bad mood and seemed very hostile. The girl who made my order wasn’t friendly either and gave me less portions so when I asked her to add a bit more of what I liked, she was straight up judgemental and unfriendly. I had a bad experience today with this place. They need to teach their staff how to do a service job!

I bought a bowl of fruits today morning like I always do. I walk in and the guy tried to make a slick comment about me coming in but he doesnt know I know and heard what he said. then the woman was laughing like shi funny. the staff are soo rude. the food isnt even that nice that's why I always get fruits. yall rude. do better.

Trust me when I say that it’s not worth your money coming here. I’ve been a regular customer since 1st year of my studies at York university and I am in my 3rd year now. I always order the yogurt power bowl and I realized that they progressively started putting less of the ingredients while increasing their prices. I asked the manager of the restaurant if they charge extra if I ask for an extra serving of a specific ingredient and she clearly said that they don’t charge extra. I shouldn’t have to ask for an extra serving if they weren’t being so stingy in the first place. Since they said they didn’t charge extra, I kept coming. Then out of nowhere, they saw me coming in to order and claimed that they charge for the extra serving when they already know who I am. Very disappointed and never coming back because of how rude and cheap the service was.

I got a smoothie “the Popeye” first time in four years. It was 10$ comes in one size only. Very much water down, almost like a juice with bunch of small hard fruit peels floating, made with Tropicana Apple juice. Tasted nothing like smoothie, regret going to this place.

The breakfast power bowl has so much variety in terms of texture and flavour. The fruits were fresh and everything came together perfectly. I see this place becoming a regular for me! 😊

Got the Grilled Steak wrap and it was so good. Toppings were fresh as well. I believe the price is a bit higher than what I expected, but the quality matters and I really appreciate the good quality of the food I got.
