Have been here a couple of times before and it had been ok. Recently ordered the mofongo and i got the worst food poisoning of my life. Dr. It was likely improperly handled sea food (mofongo was shrimp).

My family and I were on vacation when we decided to see if there was a Dominican restaurant close to our location. I’m glad we found this place. The owner and his wife were very nice, the food was delicious. They served us a lot of food which was very good for the price. If we ever go back to Canada we will be sure to visit here again.

WOW, did this place ever surprise me. I was in toronto for a week and was craving dominican food since Vancouver doesn’t have any RD resto and stumbled upon Punta Cana Haus and it was only 3 min away from our rental. So i had to make a trip here. my partner is dominican and i must say. this is one of the most authentic dominican food i’ve had. before leaving back to Vancouver, i’m going to order some and fly it back home with me. just wow. i suggest getting ceviche, mofongo and empanadas. but man, just get everything, it’s ALL really good. the food was 10/10 and so was their service. feels like i’m back in the DR, i was happy dancing whilst eating. so you know it’s good! 10/10 would recommend and Will fly back to Toronoto over and over just for this.

It was so good, i will be ordering again for sure.... just a little advice if u serve the mofongo with pico de gallo it gonna beee soo amazinggg... ill be looking forward to seeing some pico de gallo plis

The food here is great if you want Dominican food you have come to the right place. The atmosphere is fantastic and if I can suggest a good meal it would be the fried chicken and fried plantain.
