I was so looking forward to the chicken kale caesar wrap because I've always enjoyed it. Today though, it was a big thumbs down. Inside the wrap, the lettuce was dry and barely had any of the caesar dressing and just the chicken. Not even the crutons they always provided before. No napkins in the bag either. Was my order that much of a rush to complete? Why? I'm just super disappointed that it was made with zero care. Do better!

Amazing place if anyone is looking for healthy and tasty meals. Executive specialties are priority here. One of the best caterers in GTA. I Highly recommend Pumpernickels to all food lovers out there.

I tried Mighty Kale salad, added a boiled egg and I loved it! Healthy and nutritious but It’s a bit expensive, extras are costly, $2 for 1 single boiled egg is exaggerated. They should review their prices and make some items more affordable. Other than that I recommend it if you’re looking for healthy fresh options.

We had a staff meeting In Mississauga, Ontario last week and lunch was catered by Pumpernickel’s. The food was absolutely amazing! We had several vegans and vegetarians in this rather large group and Pumpernickel’s provided alternatives that were absolutely a hit with not only the vegans and vegetarians in the group but also with the non-dietary restrictions group. Thank you, Pumpernickel’s!

UPDATE!!! I never went back to this location again and never picked up a free sandwhich - in disbelief at the response below. Never have gone back or will go back to this location after this. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Come here often for lunch . The service is terrible !!!!! all the staff have an attitude and look at you dumb founded when you tell them your order. It's always so unpleasant . At times I want to find another spot nearby to grab a quick Sand-which just because I dislike my interaction with the staff here ... I refrained for so long writing a negative review as I come by often . However , I'm just appalled by there attitude and getting my order wrong along with the person in-front of me . They seem so confused by every order , and it's the same staff daily making the sandwhich . The asian lady stares in your face when you order something and acts so unpleasant while doing it . Makes me not even want to eat the sandwhich ... They act like we aren't paying for our food . I never enjoy my interaction at this location. I also think it's ridiculous closing at 2 pm .. please do better .. I see more then one person is bothered by the staffs attitude at this location

The food is amazing, however the staff is not trained well. They are always lost and looks like they need guidance. There's always one person who knows how to do all the work and seems to try to guide all the other employees. One thing I don't like is that every time they charge me differently when i add my Avocado to my sandwich, sometimes its 1$ sometimes its 2$ and i never have the time to argue; yet this is super unprofessional. The interior is nice and comfortable.

With the new management and new staff, i feel that their service is lacking in comparison to before. Their food quality is no longer the greatest - fries soggy and undercooked. At the price they are charging - there are no excuses for having bad food quality. The staff is nice however the previous staff would go out of their way to accommodate you. They might as well close at 2pm as they never have food past 2pm - what is the point of advertising it as having it open when you can't accommodate the customers? Whereas in the past, the server would just make you a sandwich although the premade ones were sold out. It's too bad as i really enjoyed my meals from there in the past.
