Amazing service, especially in the private rooms. Food quality is amazing and food tastes great.

What better way to celebrate Boxing Day with some delicious Chinese food. The dishes were delicious and the vegetables was fresh. I particularly liked the stuffed chicken with rice, the melon soup and the shrimp and scallops with peas. In addition, the roast pork and duck was crispy and had an in depth flavour. There was another table where our friends were seated but they didn't have much to eat. The only thing is wished the waiters would serve the food onto a bigger dish and to put it on their table first. Overall, exceptional food and would come again.

Follow @bredgyeats for more food pics! This dim sum restaurant brings a modern, western twist with the addition of pate and black tobiko onto their Siu Mai and some black truffle on steamed beef rice rolls. I thought they were tasty, but not for my parents who prefer a more traditional taste. Their crispy turnip cakes were especially addicting for their light crispy texture on the outside while retaining a moist, fluffy texture inside. Their durian puff was also irresistible, delivering a sweet and pungent sugary kick along with a buttery pastry that's quite flaky.

If you want great Chinese food and service, I recommend that you try Providential 9! The food experience was declicious, and we all left with our bellies super full and happy! We were there for dinner to celebrate a birthday. The servers were attentive and provided recommendations on their most popular dishes to try. We ordered a variety of dishes to satisfy our cravings and appetite, which included Peking duck, lobster, braised vegetables, beef and potatoes, and the classic sweet and sour pork ~ one of my favourites! 😋

Normally we go to this place for dim sum. However tonight we went for dinner for the mid-autumn festival celebrations dinner but the food were delivered kind of slow when it comes to the steamed fish and lobsters and we waited for 49 minutes which is not quite acceptable. 😞

Nice interior design, wasn’t taking too much time waiting in the queue during weekdays lunch time. Fairly say the portion of dim sum wasn’t big but placed very nicely. Good place for having a family dim sum experience.

I was excited to try this dim sum place but it fell short of expectations. The interior is beautiful and unlike any other restaurant I've seen, but parking there is horrendous. Either go before 11am or park somewhere else. In terms of food, it was so mid. The taro dumpling for example, which is usually one of my fave items, tasted stale and was lukewarm. The pineapple bbq pork buns were stale (the pineapple topping was almost rock hard lol). Generally, almost all the food was lukewarm, stale, or bland. The only thing I'd recommend is the "pan fried prawn leek cake" which was flavourful, hot, and crispy. The har gow was not bad compared to everything else. They also don't even have egg tarts which I found so weird (they have "birds nest milk tart" tho). Service was typical of yum cha restaurants. I'm glad i tried this place but I don't think I'll be back!

I went there several times, and it was an interesting experience. The dim sum was decent, but what truly left a mark was the dinner menu. This place offers a range of dishes you won't find elsewhere. The preparation of lobster, in particular, is far from simple frying; they offer various cooking methods that truly showcase the freshness and deliciousness of the ingredients. The restaurant's ambiance is quite charming, with cozy private dining rooms that allow you to fully enjoy the culinary journey. If you're looking for unique dishes and a stylish atmosphere, Providential 9 is worth a visit. The only complaint is the service. And it’s a little hard to find the location.
