Prime Pizza - Hamilton

I ordered 3 lbs of wings and a bacon pizza, and it was a complete disaster. The wings were raw and pink in the middle—absolutely unsafe to eat—and the pizza was a joke, with maybe two measly slices of bacon for the entire thing. When I called to complain, their solution was to remake the order, but I had to go pick it up myself. No refund, no credit, just terrible customer service. I ended up throwing 3 lbs of wings straight in the garbage. This place is a total waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and avoid it—spend a little extra and go to Paulie’s on Rymal instead.

Since Concession st pizza left, I tried Redstone but I didn't like it. I tasted prime pizza at the Fall fest on Concession and it was good. But again a since is always different from a pizza. So we ordered a pizza and it was delicious, I like the sauce. I wish they did give free dip with a pizza, like everyone else. I have ordered 3 times so far first time was the best, the other 2 needed to be cooked longer.

While the loss of vimees was a toughie, Prime pizza moved in and it has already proved itself to be the only pizza place I've intentionally gone back to in years (writing this as I wait for my 4th iteration to finish cooking). Surprisingly good pizza, especially if you're like most people, and usually end up getting pizza from the repetitive big name places. Markedly better. Very tasty and thick with ample of whatever your toppings are. Staff have always been ridiculously friendly. I hope this place gets cemented here, it's off to a great start. (Mind the 2 inch dip as you enter the door, it's a tripper)

I recently visited Prime Pizza, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was super friendly and quick with my order. I didn’t have to wait long at all. Prices are crazy for the portion u get, I ordered a small chicken shawrma poutine and got a fries wirh gravy, dissappiting for sure, side salad qirh ranch came with a ranch dip not even dressing. Our order was a small panzaroti small salad and a small fri and was over 40 bucks..... never again

Got two large pizza's along with wings these little garlic bites and boneless chicken. The pizza was cooked just the way we like it tasted great wings were good and those little garlic bites wow taste amazing. Very happy to have found this place will definitely make it our go to pizza place from now on. The people who took the order were great and so was the delivery person.

Got the medium 3 topping with 1lb wings and 2 dip 2 pop. Came to less than $30. The pizza was pretty good, generous with the toppings and the flavoured crust was great. The wings were the best part, cooked perfectly and the honey hot sauce was awesome. Welcome to the neighborhood, will definitely be back!

Very good first impression. Clean space, very thick and cheesy pizza with a lovely after taste. I will be going there again. Their flavoured crust option was very unique and made it that much more enjoyable.
