Food tasted good, and was fresh. Restaurant was very busy, and quite noisy making conversation across the table difficult. Servers were kind, helpful and informative about cross contamination risks. Would give overall 3.5 if possible, with score likely increasing on a less busy day.

Food was great! However our waitress didn't really check on us as we had to call her Over and she never advised us kitchen was closing at 3. It was a good thing I asked at 3 itself.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very vibrant, the service was excellent (our waitress Ella was very helpful), and although the place was packed our order arrived quickly. Pür & Simple lived up to its hype. I only wish they had more beef alternatives for people who don’t eat pork.

I was invited to go by a friend, therefore no idea about what type of food place this was. It's breakfast/brunch food, good cause I'm hungry. On the menu it looked delicious but I noticed many of the items came with some kind of cream topping. There was no substitute for that milk item so if you're lactose intolerant be forewarned. I would have ordered one of the breakfast type items without the whipped topping but the syrup was artificial, no maple syrup. Canada provides 75% of the worlds maple syrup, we're the largest producer and exporter but no maple syrup at this table. Unless you want to pay $3.00 extra, which I don't. It should be a basic table standard. My plate took too long to arrive, my server was pleasant but scarce. The food, chicken and waffles, was a sea of brown. No color anywhere. No option to substitute hash browns for fruit. The chicken and waffles were cooked well. My experience wasn't one that would NOT make me return again. It was a Friday at 1ish. This is a one and done for me. If you're okay with this, then go and get your grub on. If you prefer good service, dietary food options, this may not be your jam.

Listen the place is nice and all but they make you wait for no reason. They tell you it’s a 45 minute wait and there’s around 6 tables open and remain open until 45 minutes pass and then you go sit at the open table. I don’t understand the reasoning behind that. Either it’s some weird way to make the place look busy or the Monday morning staff can’t manage well. I have more pictures of empty tables but I don’t want to post pictures of people online without their permission. Either way, there’s a sunset grill 4 minutes away. Save your time and go there.

I’ve been to Pur & Simple a number of times but had the best experience today. Thank you to our server Josie who was always checking in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

In spite of the fact the place was almost full when we got there and the service was attentive, just like the name of the place, the food is plain and simple. Nothing is wrong but nothing is impressive or particularly memorable either. We ordered 2 avocado toast and 1 skillet extravaganza 。 the bill is $78 before tips. Stopped ladyyork after , bought 4 angus steak in great quality for $55 and bound to be a great dinner for less. So readers, cook at home for better food and save money
