Amazing breakfast place. Honestly it’s worth the money. I got the skillet, the French toast and cinnamon latte and I’d rate it 10/10 great breakfast place with nice place and good staff and vibes. 100% recommend

Overall, it was an awesome experience! Our server, Larissa, was super friendly and helpful. The food we ordered looked just like the picture on the menu, which was great! We’ll definitely be back to try out other dishes.

My friend and I went here for breakfast . We loved. We arrive around 9:30 am . The menu has great options and you will have hard time to choose because everything looks amazing. I asked for Winter features and the waitress was nice and friendly and right away showed me the specials for this season. We ordered the canadian breakfast , it took around 20 minutes to have the order ready on our table, the waitress didnt interrupted that much which i loved . The atmosphere was good it has a cozzy vibes we really enjoyed our breakfast. You wont regret it, definitely you have to try it.

The food is the best part of course. Very delicious and in large portions. The atmosphere is nice but kinda crowded. It's a bit small with too many tables and people around which make a lot of noise of course. The service was slow but the waitresses were friendly. Overall a solid 4/5 is a fair review in my opinion.

We had our family lunch here today. A very busy place on a Sunday. The food was amazing and portions were good. We enjoyed our skillets and the French toast dish as a dessert. Their staff were very helpful and friendly. They answered our questions about the menu items promptly. The ambiance is festive according to the December holiday season.

We visited this restaurant for brunch on a Sunday. Let’s just say, it was very busy but the queue system is very systematic and digital/virtual. As you walk in, you can scan barcode to join the virtual waiting queue, which updates as you refresh and shows your spot and how many people ahead of you. This allows you to run other errands nearby or go into nearby stores that are in the same plaza. Really liked this system! We waited about 35 minutes for our table. Once seated, within 5 mins our server took our order and in another 5 mins our drinks arrived. Our server was very friendly and kind. Mango smoothie was delicious and we could taste the mango was fresh not a boxed puree, the orange juice was freshly squeezed as well and cappuccino was small for the price paid but hot and yummy. Our food was fantastic! Great presentation and tasty as well. We got the French toast with berries which was the perfect amount of sweetness and tart. Then we also got eggs Benedict - Santa Fe, this was so good that I would go back just for this. The home fries were very nicely seasoned and had flavour. Lastly we got a vegetarian omelet, which tasted good with the avocado filling inbetween but this isn’t good the following day. Overall, we had a great first experience. Even though it was very busy, our server checked in with us and made sure we were happy with our food. The prices aren’t cheap but pretty average now days however, I did like that the portions were decent - not too little or too much. We still had leftovers to take home but if you are hungry, you can finish your item. Definitely recommend but just be prepared to wait on a busy weekend morning.

My neighbor and I ate for the first time at pur&simple. Our server Leanne was very professional and helped us decide on the menu. The food was absolutely delicious and we will definitely return.

This was my first time visiting this Pure and Simple location, and overall, it was just an okay experience. While the food was delicious, the portion sizes were disappointing, and the service left a lot to be desired. My server wasn’t knowledgeable about the menu, which made ordering more challenging than it needed to be. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the service was incredibly slow. In fact, it took so long to settle the bill that I ended up leaving cash on the table and walking out. If you’re looking for tasty food, this might be your spot, but don’t expect great service or large portions. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience for me.
