Pür & Simple at the Dundas location is a great spot for breakfast or brunch, even on busy weekends. Despite arriving during peak hours at 2 PM, I quickly found a table since I was dining alone. I tried the Veggie Omelette, which was generously portioned and packed with fresh veggies and guacamole—a delightful combination. The home fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned just right, with a lighter touch of salt that I appreciated. For an extra treat, I added a pancake to my order. It was large, fluffy, and satisfying—ideal for one person. The service was decent, with the server being polite and attentive. Overall, this restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere and delicious options, making it a fantastic place to enjoy breakfast or brunch with friends and family. Highly recommended for anyone looking to start their day with a hearty meal!

I’ve been to several Pur and Simple locations and loved them. So I took my friend to this location as it is closer to her. However, this was a not so great experience. Before I start, I would like to say that I understand that there was a full house so the long wait time for the food isn’t taken into account here. Firstly, my macchiato was served in a dirty mug with a pulp on the handle (no, I didn’t order anything with oranges). I brought the attention of the server to it and asked for a napkin to clean it up (video taken after handle was cleaned). She brought me a cup of water and napkins and I cleaned it up myself - there was no acknowledgment of the state of the cup or offer to help. Secondly, my scrambled eggs had to be sent back to be cooked properly. I stayed because I’m a fan of the chain and thought that would be it but I found hair in my food (picture attached is after inspecting to confirm I wasn’t seeing something else). The strawberries tasted weird (shocking as I’ve always told my friends that I needed to get P&S’s fruit plug). Lastly, the server (I have decided to protect her privacy) seemed more interested in having a group chat with her coworkers than taking care of the table. I will not be visiting this location again.

Got to be 5 stars as they surpassed all standards. Well deserved 5 star breakfast place. Quality ingredients best customer care except the coffee failed to impress me. Tried Gourmet omelette it was amazing and french toast too. Need to offer more HALAL options

I've been to two other pur and simple locations, which were both really good. I decided to try this location, and it was kinda disappointing. The place was clean. Not too busy when I went. I did have trouble getting our servers' attention. Most of the servers stayed in the kitchen. They would make their rounds once in a while to check. I ordered their smash burger and my husband got the canadian breakfast. I dont recommend the smash burger and heres why.... The buns got soggy from all the burger grease. The burger was too seasoned for my taste that I couldn't taste the beef anymore. It also got very messy eating it as the burger was crumbling (see photo). The home fries that came as a side were a tad salty for my taste (and I like my salt). As for my husbands order, he said the pancake was sad (lol)

Great food! I had the Chicago eggs benedict and it was really yummy. However it is quite noisy with lot of people there but that shows how much of a demand there is for this place. Great place and service altogether.

Went to this place with some friends for a quick brunch. Place was packed which indicates people love it. Food: ordered their veggie omelette with rye bread, orange juice and coffee. It was just perfect. Loved every bit of it. Staff: despite the fact the place was packed, staff was very attentive and had a wonderful attitude. To me half of your restaurant experience depends of staff attitude. And their’s was delightful!!!! Keep up the good work!!! Overall a wonderful place with nice ambiance and food. Would love to go back again!!!
