Welcoming staff and delicious food. The Burmese pad Thai was sweet, sour, and fresh all at once. Great addition to Bayview Village. I would go back.

The most delicious lunch! The wait staff was so helpful in recommending tea and meal choices. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was really lovely. It did not feel like this was a mall restaurant.

Overall the food was tasty and our server Jaswon was really courteous. We ordered Chicken Rangoon, Burmese garlic noodle, Paratha and vegetable dishes which we all enjoyed. However we were disappointed with the parathas, it could have been better.

Delicious vegan options and thoughtful allergens consideration in the menu. The vegan khow Suey, Burmese Falafel, tea salad and samuza so well spiced, and each dish was bursting with flavors. Loved the little condiments that khow suey came with and the little sauces as well.

I dined at Popa in August of 2024 along with some colleagues. The restaurant was recommended to me by another colleague, who had thoroughly enjoyed the food. The restaurant is inside the mall and not visible from outside (which may be the only downside, although not a big issue). There was enough seating capacity, the ambience was pleasant and the service good. Everything we ordered was Delish and came rather quickly. The pricing is reasonable and we had a great experience. Looking forward to visiting again with my family.

The atmosphere is really nice. The food is not bad but it’s just not authentic. This is not a place you will get authentic Burmese food (no way near it). I’d rate 5 for atmosphere and layout. 4 for the staff as they are really nice people but unfortunately 2 for the food as it leaves us disappointed.

Not bad. The service was good; the waiters came multiple times to refill water. Food was quick (~10 mins) and it tasted okay. The total for the lamb bao, noodles, and egg tarts came to be around $55 + extra for tip. Tables were close to other tables. If you're looking to eat somewhere at Bayview Village, this would not be a bad place to have lunch.

Pretty disappointed in the food. Was expecting it to be flavorful, but was just OK, nothing great. Service was great and staff was friendly. Food doesn’t look like their pictures online. We ordered the chili garlic noodles and they tasted like nothing, so we sent it back and apparently the chef had missed adding the sauce. Dynamite shrimp is overrated. We ordered a curry which apparently doesn’t come rice, which they added themselves without disclaiming, so there was an extra charge for rice to be served. Overall, pricey for what it is.
