This Poulet Rouge location is incredible! The staff is super kind and the food is always delicious with generous portions and amazing freshness. Their chicken is halal and always cooked to perfection. They also give you free sauces to try on the side, which is unheard of in this economy! It is one of the view places open on the weekends in the Simcoe Plaza and is overall a great spot for healthy bowls in the heart of downtown Toronto - highly recommend!

So good! The food was fresh and delicious, and lots of gluten free options. Staff was knowledgeable and really friendly too. Definitely a new go-to option for me.

I was there a couple of times and it's definitely my new favorite place for lunch, the food is so good, the ingredients are fresh a very good presentation and the best customer service I've seen for a long time in Toronto, both cashiers are friendly and, they have a beautiful smile but especially the girl with the glasses, it's so cute💕 I'm definitely coming back as soon as possible! Tried it for the first time today and really enjoyed the food but what stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. They were very friendly and accommodating; a lot better than most dine-in restaurants. Only giving the atmosphere 4 stars because it's in a food court, but the employees made it a lot better.
