[CANCELLED BY DRIVER!]DELIVERY BAGS ARE LARGE AND CUMBERSOME TO WALK THROUGH THE MALL WITH JUST FOR A SMALL ORDER ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE OTHER ORDERS ALREADY IN IT! ALSO WHEN THERE IS NO PARKING NEARBY AND HAVE TO PARK FAR AWAY AND ITS ALSO WINTER DOING DELIVERY JOB IS MISERABLE ENOUGH! I UNDERSTAND THE NEED FOR THE INSULATED BAGS WHICH I HAVE SECURED IN THE VEHICLE NOT EASY TO TAKE OUT EVERY TIME EITHER AS IT CAN HOLD SEVERAL ORDERS OR PARTY SIZE! IF CUSTOMERS GOT SERVED COLD FOOD THAT SHOULD ONLY AFFECT THE DRIVER’S TIP! EASY FOR THEM TO SAY BAG REQUIRED BUT THEY DON’T KNOW THE LOGISTICS INVOLVED OR THE BUSINESS! I’VE BEEN DOING DELIVERIES BEFORE THIS BUSINESS EVEN EVER EXISTED!

This is by the far the best salad that I ever had. I never imagine that grilled chicken is best paired with a salad. I did the lettuce base with caesar ranch as the dressing then I got the shisha creamy garlic chicken. So fresh and flavorful. Generous portions and most of all the staff are so nice and friendly. No wonder there's always a line up.

Fresh ingredients. Quick and accurate service! Nice presentation, but underwhelming flavour and portion size (ie value for my money). I'm vegan and attempting to go gluten free. The website has a nutritional calculator... I appreciate that. I had a mini bowl ($8.19) with quinoa (extra 50 cents) as a base. I chose plant-based filets.. I got two filets. I added avocado puree (extra $1.50). You get a choice of one topping of creamy sauce, I chose a spicy mayo. You get to choose a flavoured sauce, they brush it on your filets and cook it on a grill. I chose spicy. You then chose 3 veggie toppings, I chose diced red onion, tomato, and cucumber. I was a little wary. The plant based filets were cooked on the same grill as the chicken (from raw). A different tong was used but I'm not so sure about the brush used to apply the sauce. The grill was small... so I don't feel 100% confident that my plant based filet did not come in contact with chicken. They do tell you this on their website. There is no ingredient listing for the planted based filet, but from the taste and texture, I can say it's soy and possibility wheat gluten as a binder. The sauce was not spicy enough for my taste. In total, it cost me $12.19. For that money, I could have gotten a much larger portioned bowl from Cultures with more toppings and better vegan protein options. If I want to feel the spice burn, I'll go to Bingz! Désolée Rouge Poulet! I was underwhelmed by portion size and flavour! Plus there's an excellent chance my food touched chicken! First and last visit.

Amazing place! The food is freshly done and delicious, Rouge bowl very healthy, I also tried the amazing poutine, it's by far the best poutine I ever had. The service is great, staff very friendly... I highly recommend it.

First time having Poulet Rouge and it was delicious. Got the rouge mini with Hercules lemon chicken & lettuce base - 10/10. I am definitely coming back regularly.

I have been chef for many years nad got really amazed by quality the food that the POULET ROUGE serves. Customer service is great. For sure POULET ROUGE will be my favourite eating spot at STC.
