WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!! If I could I would have given 0 stars, even 1 star is way too much for you guys. I recently placed an order with Popular Pizza for the first time and had a really terrible experience with one of your employees. The aforementioned employee was extremely rude and unwelcoming to me. I tried placing an order over the phone, and I was personally driving at that time, so I asked my fiancé to place an order on my behalf, but she was so stubborn to any requests I made, arguing with me time and again, I told her multiple times that I am driving at the moment, and if she could please cooperate, but she did not. What made me feel so bad about this experience was that it was my first time with Popular Pizza, and such customer service wasn’t expected at all, I will definitely not be returning ever to any of your pizza stores.

Extremely bad service. The order was picked up, and the pizza had few hairs on it. We called the store, and the answer was come and pick up, or we will give you $5 credit for the next order. Even though it is our mistake, because your order was picked up, replacement will be for pick up only. Drive 30 mins. Take it or leave it. I'm never going to order again or even recommend. Don't pay for garbage food.

Worst pizza ever in this popular pizza, so dry pizza and the guy who made it, I think, was the owner, such a cheap person, quantity of toppings way less than normal and not even cheesy, everything he used for topping was to show that I am putting 2 pieces of chicken and pineapple and onion. Peace auf Sheet pizza.

Hi, this popular pizza store is not good, the staff is very rude, they have no sense of how to deal with customers , today I ordered a pizza at that time by call and when I went there I was in emergency i visited the store and asked that can I use washroom please it's urgent but they said that no, one guy said that yes you can but the other lady said that no as she is Indian but she has no understanding of customers problem. As I visited this store for the first time but unfortunately my experience was so bad . So it's my humble request to the owner that please teach your employee how to deal with customers, and they should try to understand the customer's problem.

Just hit up Popular Pizza on Erin Mills Parkway, and OMG, it’s the best pizza I've had in Canada in the last four years! Made a quick call, gave them my number, and they pulled up my last order right away. Super convenient since I never remember what I got. Told them to fave my last order, and boom, done. They didn’t have one ingredient, so they swapped it with something else, and wow, it made the pizza even better! I got an Indian-style pizza, and since they know the flavors so well, it was amazing. Picked up the pizza, and it was still hot. They apologized for the change and hooked me up with a free drink and dipping sauce. Didn’t take any extra tips and even gave me a discount. Seriously, their service is top-notch, and the pizza is delish. Highly recommend!

We had the most yummiest tandoori paneer and tandoori chicken pizza here! Definitely a must try if you haven’t tried before. Service was great, friendly staff and no wait times.

We ordered pizza from this location first time and probably last time . We ordered 4 party pizza yesterday from this location and pizzas were completely dry and there was no taste at all We were so disappointed as my guests didn’t like the food at all. I ordered Shahi paneer pizzas with regular spice and they made it so bland with zero spice level. Moreover, pizzas were dry and hard Will never order again 😌

Never tried the pizza from here before, we were in the mood to try “butter chicken pizza” which we had never heard of and is difficult to find in Mississauga. They offer great ideas. We did one pizza that was half butter chicken and half tandoori chicken with green chillies on one half and then a veggie pizza. We enjoyed the first time experience, the pizza was well cooked, generous on the toppings and really delicious. There was a great distribution of chicken on the first pizza and a great distribution of veggies on the second. Nice fresh ingredients as well. We paid 45$ for two large pizzas and 5 dipping sauces - it was a great deal and we had tons left over. Stays great overnight and warms up the next day very nicely. Pleasantly surprised and we will definitely be back.
