Never go to this place. They don't know what basic hygiene is. They don't wear gloves when making your food plus the cashier will touch your food and argue that they prepare your food without gloves anyway. The most dirtiest disgusting place I've ever been to. They are rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Ordered 5 topings pizza combo. The Indian-style pizza was quite enjoyable and reasonably priced. It offered good value for the money, and the service was satisfactory. There's no option to dine in though.

Absolute disaster, ordered a large veggie pizza came absolutely burnt and stale. Base was stale and smelt disgusting. Upon reaching out to the store initially they were not ready to accept and said can’t do anything about it. I then asked for a refund at-least. The girl on the call said she can’t. I then sent them a picture of burnt pizza then they said they will send a replacement. The delivery guy came with the replacement pizza and asked us to return the other one. Absolutely disgusting and pathetic behaviour by the management. We have been ordering from this store since 7 years, first time had an issue and now experienced worst customer service and zero empathy.

I can’t believe the awful service I just experienced! We ordered a pizza, and what we got was absolutely disgusting – completely burnt and so hard it was impossible to chew. It was **inedible**! When we called to complain, they had the nerve to say they couldn't do anything about it. Seriously?! Then, after calling again, they finally agreed to replace it, but **only** if we gave back the garbage they originally sent us. This is beyond unprofessional. I’m never ordering from this place again, and I’ll make sure everyone knows how terrible they are!

I ordered a shahi paneer pizza and the experience was terrible. After waiting for over an hour, my pizza finally arrived, but it was completely burnt. I immediately contacted customer service, but they were unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to address the issue properly. It felt like they weren’t even listening to my concerns. This was by far one of the worst delivery experiences I've had. I won’t be ordering from them again.

An extra star for good customer service. The girl was polite and explained all my questions and was always helpful by asking what I needed, she has good sales skills and is honest about what customer should order according to their needs. I am sure other employees were polite and helpful as well, as I observed that. Out of more than 10 times coming here (Scarborough location) I have never ever been disappointed. Everything was great in the pizza (toppings were put in good quantity, cheese was good, and pizza was well done as per my Request) they prepared as I asked them to, however just one thing which was lacking was there was only 1/4 spoon of the sauce spreaded in my pizza (maybe cook forgot it because everything else was great) which affected the taste and quality of the pizza. Please next time make sure to correct this small concern. I would like to give you guys 1 more try.

Very bad experience, got chicken wings: dry, raw, pink from inside, very salty so it's definitely old, see the pictures. Pizza was overcooked almost burnt, sundried tomatoes burnt. Lack sauce and taste. Their marinara sauce dip is an insult to marinara sauce, it's black and taste nothing like marinara but vinegar. Avoid this place.

One of the yummiest desi pizza you can have in Canada. I don’t think I had something like that when I was in India too. These guys have totally changed the pizza game. Love their shahi paneer and tandoori chicken one.
