I was excited to see a Popeyes open up, but the chicken ended up being the dryest most overcooked chicken I had ever had. I wasn't aware Popeyes could taste this bad. I felt like we got chicken that was cooked and left under the lamp for hours longer than it should: lukewarm, tough, and so dry it might as well be jerky. Ive had 2 day old Popeyes kept in a fridge from another location taste better than this.

Ordered the 12pc chicken combo. I had ordered mixed meat (white & dark) but received around 8 drumsticks and 4 thighs. Now I get that sometimes you might not have white meat ready but the size of the pieces were abysmal!! The pieces were tiny and I had ordered spicy chicken but the chicken was not spicy at all. Additionally, a few pieces were kind of undercooked and I could see the blood( or whatever myoglobin substance there is) near the bones. Like if the chicken tastes like iron, the chicken isn't cooked properly and that was the case in my experience. This was quite disappointing as my friends and I were hungry but this meal was not able to satiate us and satisfy our hunger. The sides and biscuits were good.

Service was good. Manager Niharika was very kind and helpful. Food was fresh and crispy. Overall it was a great experience.

This is a newly opened Popeyes location. It’s spacious and the food quality is decent.
