Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Always take lots of time for simple order and employees just talking with each other and waste customer time. There is 3 guys at front counter but can't prepare order. Vary worse customer service

I placed an order on the website went into the store for pickup. The lady named Surbhi was rude and unhelpful. Right from my first interaction with her she had an attitude of we don’t have your order. No further help was provided. She kept telling me to go figure it out on my own. Then she disappears for a bit comes back and hands me a number that doesn’t even work. Horrible experience. Get better people hired Popeyes who have an ounce of empathy. Won’t return.

This Popeyes had the bestest chicken tender we have tried anywhere else . It was perfect temperature with perfect taste. Hope all Popeyes store follow their receipe. Good job guys!!!

Went to this location with my wife. On November 5th @5 pm . We were waiting for our food a customer came in to pick up there food. His food was not ready so he decided to sit on the counter where employees hand over the food. When we confronted the manager telling her it's unsanitary to allow customers to sit on counters where food is being served. She did nothing about it. To then look in the restaurant and some of the tables still had food on them nobody cares to clean at this location. Very unsanitary place.

Ordered 16 pieces family meal, we are disappointed especially our visitors due to the chicken was cold and not crunchy and juicy, looks like the chickens was cooked the day before and reheated and served the next day. the tea biscuits was burned probably from reheating, hard like stone. Definitely not coming back to this location

My buddies and I recently bought sandwich combos with drink and fries from this Popeyes location, and we were really disappointed with the experience. We had some take home too and 4 out of 6 of the sandwichs were cold and stale, and it seemed like they were left over from the night before. When I approached the cashier about it, all he did was say "sorry," but he didn’t make any effort to fix the situation. It was frustrating because I’ve been to other Popeyes locations, and if there’s ever an issue, they go out of their way to resolve it. What makes it worse is that this location, despite having issues, still gets a steady flow of customers. People are choosing to come here and spend their money, and that’s a privilege for any business. But if this kind of poor service continues, they’re going to lose those loyal customers. You can’t expect people to keep coming back if the quality and service aren’t up to par.

I wouldn’t say it’s the greatest Popeyes in the world but it’s not the worst. They messed up my order one time and forget my sandwich, I went back and they gave me a free pie 🥧 and extra fries. Pretty annoying though but I guess things happen. I spent about 40 bucks on the family meal, was it worth that no. But the service was good on this occasion.

Like the chicken here, crispy and juicy. Some times found it a bit salty but acceptable. Onion wings, poutine, and biscuit is my favorite as well. Good customer service. Definitely will drop by again.
