Today was 26 November and night shift indian lady has the ever the best attitude when she taking order or ask any questions about offer of the day she reacts like she is in India and owner of the Popeyes. Worst behaviour ever saw never seen in any restaurant or fast food chain. Second today food quality was not fresh but she cooked hours ago and gave me and I always ordered family deal 12 chicken but this time I promised I will never go to this branch again. They lost customer who gave order almost every week for family deal

Here’s a draft for your negative review: --- Disappointing Experience with Poor Hygiene Practices I recently visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen at 3591 Sheppard Ave E in Scarborough, and was shocked by the lack of cleanliness in the food preparation. We ordered a combo of the ghost pepper wings, and find that the wings were not properly cleaned before cooking – there were feathers still attached to the pieces. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they offered a replacement, which didn’t make sense to me because if one batch is in such poor condition, what’s stopping the rest of the food from being the same? The staff didn’t seem too concerned about the issue, which was even more frustrating. After checking the Google reviews, I noticed that this wasn’t an isolated incident – many others had raised similar complaints about cleanliness and food quality. It’s clear that there’s a recurring problem here that needs urgent attention. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Dining in is nice. But was immediately greeted with an empty counter as well as an employee eating food on one of the tables. They threw the fries in the bag by itself and did not offer me a replacement when they got my order wrong. The fries had no pack.

At the store I ordered 6 boneless wings with honey garlic sauce. Went to pick up and over heard the girl telling her colleague in hindi “meine galti se dal diya” which means “by mistake I kept it”… i did not understand why was it said until I reached home and started eating. She kept parmesan and too much butter flavor with the honey garlic sauce. Called the store to inform them why is there butter. The girl who made the mistake very arrogantly said “there is no butter but parmesan cheese is placed underneath the wings and on top is the honey garlic sauce.” And also to add it she said “did you get my point”. When I told her she made a mistake and that when she realized she made a mistake, should have apologized and asked is it ok to take it or how about her making a new correct one. Not just give away the incorrect order made to the customer, knowing it is wrong. I then asked her “did u get my point?”… she replied she is sorry and that i can return and get my wings.. I tried eating the wings but I just couldn’t after the 2nd piece..too buttery. Clicked the picture and threw it away. Waste of money, energy, time and gas. POPEYES WHERE ARE YOU HEADING TO?? You just lost a customer. People avoid this location. Staff here works carelessly, filled with hot air. This is not an innocent mistake. Unprofessional and abysmal. Will never return to this store. This location used to be good many months back…but not anymore. To the owner, if you do not look after you business well, it will slip off. To the staff what have you accomplished in life to make you so rude and uncouth. “Did you get my point?” I have enclosed picture of my boneless wings with so called honey garlic sauce.

Don't make a mistake to go to this location , I ordered $40 dollar family meal, when I open the food at home chicken and fries are refried. Onion rings are not fried properly. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Don’t go here, Bad attitude of the girls working there and the food sucked. I ordered 2 sandwich combos. They told me I’d have to wait 10 minutes for my blacked chicken sandwich AFTER I ordered bc they were getting it delivered just then. We sat there and ate for more than 10 minutes. My sandwich was ready after 15+ minutes when we were ready to leave. I took it home and tried to eat it, but it was all leather. I cannot chew on a single side of it. The fillet was already broken in two parts. They gave me old lying around chicken fillet that was cooked till death. No normal person can eat this. On top of that, the girls(including the manager) had really bad attitude. They had zero costumer service skills and did not say thank you for waiting or apologize for the delay, not a single sorry. We were talking to them with a smile and politely like normal people but I guess they didn’t deserve any of it. If you hate working there so much then QUIT. We came here Thursday night, the restaurant was not busy at all. Hire good people or you’ll end up losing plenty of business.

We have the crispy chicken sandwiches. They are big, thick, and juicy delicious. You can hear the crunch when you bite into it. They are made to order since we have asked for fresh ones. The bun is good. This is a very crowded plaza and there aren’t a lot of parking spots. Luckily we found a spot. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. We will go try a spicy one next time. They are out of spicy ones tonight.
