Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This location is much bigger then the previous location in the area . Lots of places to sit and the staff are quite friendly . The chicken is not too greasy and if you’re after some chicken tenders then this is a great place to scratch your itch . Prices are reasonable and the hours of operation are good also .

Absolutely loved it! The food was fresh, tasty and my order was ready much quicker than I expected. Kajol was really friendly and provided exceptional customer service. Highly recommend going here for some tasty chicken, served quick and hot! 🐔

Check your biscuits!!! Ordered 2 x daily special plus added 2 biscuits( these were hard like stone). Too far to go back- I was embarrassed, as meal was for someone else; the chicken was hot but the biscuits were not. They ended up tossing them out.

Giving them 5 stars as during the time we ordered (that was 2nd Sunday of June), the staff we’re accommodating and the kindly informed us if we are willing to wait for 15mins more for a freshly cooked chicken or to have the spicy ones which were ready. So we choose to wait for the freshly cooked ones. While waiting I can see that the cashier is constantly reminding the servers for our orders to make sure we will be served first once the chickens are cooked. They were polite and smiling and it was good to see kind staff like that.

(Edit) 1 chicken Breast of was party raw inside. I ordered 4 Piece Chicken meal with the Bisquit and additional gravy. It says Regular Fries, but they dumped small fries in the box instead of regular fries on a separate box. It looks rather a scummy thing to do downsizing it. Other than that the rest of the Chicken is fresh and juicy as well at the fries and gravy.

I placed an order of wrap and chicken wings waited for 15 minutes but still got wrap cold as ice, and wings were so smelly as couldn’t even dare to taste. On top of that, the manager (girl working on Thursday night shift), was not ready to listen and as soon as I complained, she started arguing instead of resolving the issues, and the only solution she had, that I could heat up wrap with tender inside. And even at the same time, 2 more customers came with the issues within 5 minutes. It was such a terrible experience. Bad food was a rare occurrence here, usually very good food. But the attitude and behaviour of manager might lose us as a customer. Really some action should be taken against her.

This is the first time I've been to a Popeyes. The location is good. There is some facility parking and side street spots available. The interior is warm and welcoming. The franchise has put effort I to their layout and design. The food is tasty. Speaking with the owners there are two batters. So if you're ordering a variety of items some will taste a certain way. This is nice in case you get flavour fatigue. The cajin fries are amazing! The spices have a little kick and extremely flavourful. There are a few sauce choices. I tried the blackened ranch and it's as delicious as it sounds. Will be back to same the rest of thee menu.
