Today evening I visited this location, such a tasty and good food. Instead of that whole staff gives u great vibes. Specially Ranjana is best at her job , so friendly and provides great customer service. Definitely visit again soon .

The food at this place is disgusting. I've been going here for the past couple years but within the last 6 months, I've gotten nauseous eating every single time. The quality is atrocious- Popeyes should really have a QA/QC check on this restaurant. I avoid this location like the plague and for the sake of your health, you really should too smh.

I work for Papa John's Pizza. After closing the store, on my way home I went to the store to have some Fried Chicken. On arrival at 2:13 am (October 28, 2024) no one greeted me as both of the staff were busy with their own conversation. After waiting for a minute, I greeted 'Hi' to both of them and they treated me with a cold look. After waiting for another 4 minutes, I left the store. At 2:22 am, I ended up at Burger King at Victoria Terrace. I had 2 Pizzas in my car, which was a cancelled order at my store. I talked to the BK staff and gave those pizzas to them. They were very happy and I was also happy that I got the order without any delay. I mentioned the date and time so that the Management can check the camera footage. However, by the rating of the store, it is evident that they don't even bother to improve their service.

I ordered $120.00 worth of food and left specific instructions to provide a lot of Ketchup and Louisiana Sauce. I received ketchup and not one package of Louisiana Sauce. When I called to talk to the restaurant I was hung up on twice and they made the worst excuses for the mistake they made. They then asked me to drive over to the restaurant to get the Sauce. I would like to hear from a manager or owner of the restaurant in regards to the disrespect I received on the phone and how someone at the restaurant could not come up with a solution. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.

“I had an amazing experience at Popeyes today! The chicken was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the Cajun fries were seasoned just right. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure my order was prepared quickly. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommend this location for anyone craving delicious fried chicken!”

Ordered 3 orders daily special which is the 3 piece chicken, so total should be 9 pieces. Ordered all spicy. But when I get home, there’s only 6 pieces and all not spicy. Called store, they said manager will contact me but didn’t. Very disappointed and bad service. Won’t visit again.

Service is little slow, they were out of spicy chicken but the lady at the counter was sweet and friendly. So I waited 15 mins to get my food. After getting my food (reached home ) I realized the food was burnt and the oil used was old and it smelt bad. The spicy chicken tasted bitter. Never will go to this place :(
