Worse Popeyes ever!!! Don’t like l will ever eat/go to a Popeyes again…used to love it. When Popeyes came to Toronto 25 yrs ago it was always amazing. Only one location on the danforth that is now closed was good. Haven’t had it in a while because of that reason , so we decided to go. WORSE DECISION EVER!!!! Ruined my night. Old disgusting everything. How does spicy Popeyes have no flavour, confirmed it was spicy…because it’s old …discoloured meat. Black bones (older the chicken the darker the bones). The owner must think we are a bunch of morons. Clearly has no clue how to run a business. No return customers so instead of preparing food to order, store just reuses old food. Gravy and Mac and cheese tasteless and onion rings and fries dry, cold and small portions, just to add insult to injury! Luck will run out and will close soon l am sure…

Me and my friend was just there and the lady employee said they closed at 11pm for dining. The male employee who probably was a cook. Came up to us and told us dining room closed at 10pm but what pissed us off was he just said this to us only and not everyone else that was dining in the restaurant. We won't be back there ever again. They look after there own kind first then other people.

Been here a few times. Usually one horrible experience after another. Nothing is ever fresh or made correctly, be it the signature fried chicken or the burgers. Usually need to remind the staff to quit chatting with each other and do their job. If they chatted less and worked more, the wait times would be less. During my last visit, the men's washroom washbasin was clogged. I dont want to even think about the staff's hygiene standards acter that. Yuck. Not goin there again. Yuck 🤢 🤮

Very disappointed on quantity and quality of food. I ordered 10 Pc Manager's special from this location and they gave me all small pcs. I had the same thing from other location every time I get good quantity and fresh chicken. We from you guys because you sell Halal. But you are taking advantage of that. I recommend everyone to avoid this location.

I would like to draw the attention of the manager that u must tell your employees to serve freshly made food. We are not paying you to get the food which has been made 3/4 hours ago. My full money gone waste, never had this kind of experience at any other popeyes branch in Toronto.

I ordered in some fried tenders, biscuits, onion rings, and macaroni for the side. The spicy burger was really good, and the tenders were crispy as well. I liked the meal overall. For a fast food joint, the taste delivers.

First time at this Popeye’s Chicken location. The server was polite and competent. The establishment was clean. Service time was acceptable. The fried chicken was crispy as was the chicken sandwich. Parking in the back.
